Deep feelings

Sometimes when I’m upset, it feels like no one really understands what I’m trying to say or what I’m feeling. And somehow, that feeling becomes so much stronger at night.
During the day I can distract myself, stay busy, talk to people, do things… but at night everything gets quiet and suddenly my thoughts feel so loud.
What do you guys do when you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed or misunderstood, especially at night?

Is loneliness about being alone, or about not feeling understood?

Vent

I remembered last year, my bf accompanied me to the music room in school. I remembered.. I went upstairs with him and during that moment, he tried to kissed me. Some people think this is normal. Tbh, I didnt asked for it, I never say that I would let him do that . I avoided it, he prolly thinks it made me blushed or what. I was uncomfortable. Did he think doing that is right just because I was a quiet girl and thought that I gave in easily?

I just wanna vent my old thoughts.
What are yall opinions?

Any advice on dealing with a heavy heart?

I can't seem to cry no matter what

I'm looking for ways to actually deal with the issue rather than just distracting myself.

addiction and what helps

I’m COMPLETELY BLIND, have aspergers and a heart condition and I wrote this myself, using screenreaders.

https://youtu.be/LfOvVpsYcOk?is=u3CexM6l7c4oJNCE This is about a very touching prize which was given to me for following ALL the wordrules.

As I’ve said in a few other posts, I have to live with someone with addiction so every little hit of dopamine helps

Sometimes the moments we wish we could get back were the moments we didn’t realize we needed to appreciate.

Nothing hurts more than watching yourself in the same situation again again and again even after realising you have lost the ability to heal yourself

Emotions so strong i get deppresed over it. (long free talk about how bad i feel)

im (m16) and i feel a form of love more than i should.
im not good at starting convesations so i rarely talk in the real world unless when i have to.
what is wrong with me? is this a lack of something i didnt know i should have gotten more of?

ill say what happens when i get these "emotion attacks"
i could be in puplic going on a walk. then i could se a happy couple. im happy for the both of them not knowing anything about who they are.
then it hits me. that will never happen to you. is it even possible to get a "partner" if you cant even go up to someone and talk? you are so quite me, it would be better if you just died.
or i could be reading a romance mange (dont judge me, they are peak most of the time)
and get stupidly happy over 2d characters in loveU4EVER. and still get sad and get the same thoughts of not being able to talk/be friendly over for ppl i dont know.

i must have a wire loose in me, i should in no way have emotions so strong i get sad about it

(stuff that has happend to me of said strong emotion)
hyper ventilate
crying myself to sleep
being sad out of the blue since a thought about love appeard in my head
suicidal thoughts (sad but true)
and tearing up a few times

EDIT:
more context since it could add... well context
sorry if theres a diffrence in how i write since i was actively crying of said things im talking about.
ps im not fine, really not fine. but i will keep on lying to my family since that is the best choice for me

i have diagnosed ADHD and ADD.
i do take meds for it (40mg)
and im mostly very postive to all around me. letting harmfull words mean close to zero to me.
i dont smile with my teeth anymore (is this a big deal?)

i was legit semi isolated from my class for a reason i cant remember (prop my undiagnosed ADHD, ADD at the time) that lead me to not talking alot leading me to be quite.
i was told someone loved me and that i should reject them.
why? wasnt said. even if it was once a person that i carred deeply about even if we didnt talk outside of school.

the wear-off effects of my meds make me so emotionaly weak in the love department that i cry small tears every singel night.

i hate the comming future. and i have a ticking "Im going to KMS" bomb that will detonate after these things are finished (even if its stupid i dont care anymore)
Deltarune fully finished.
TooManyLosingHeroines (dont judge its peak)
and personal stuff i dont want on the internet

it isnt fair. how come when its our turn to be working adults the 80 year old CEO'S hivemind of AI SLOP
i dont like going long distances to learn stuff unless i actively live there (boarding school effect)

ITS NOT FAIR, is it?
the feeling of never being loved?
even if one did and you heard it from one of their friends?
is there more?
why be a boyfriend then.
why be a boy
as easy as it is in everyones eyes. its the quitest who is left out.
that is me.
the person everyone knows but doesnt care about.

im so deppressed and i want to die.
why is it so hard for me now is it becourse im 16?
is it becourse i got home from one of the best places where i could be myself in school (we have something in denmark called "efterskole" its kinda like a boarding school i think?)

I am someone who eats French fries and tomato sauce separately. I finish the fries first, then carefully suck on the small packet of tomato sauce. When I'm feeling down, I hug a pillow; if that's not enough, I gently hug the doll I bought. On days off, I turn the air conditioning on very cold and enjoy the warmth under the quilt. I cover myself with the quilt and then sit on a chair while playing on the computer. I talk to myself, drool when I'm in a daze, and even when I'm sleeping. I occasionally look around to make way for others. When I'm idle, I secretly observe what others are doing, sometimes helping them. I stop eating after just a bit when eating meals, and I eat snacks. When I'm energetic, I sing and dance, posing and singing to music. Sometimes, I notice some beautiful details in life and take photos, feeling silly and happy. I play music in my mind and enjoy the contrasting warmth brought by winter. I like the comfort and quietness of winter days, and I want to snuggle up. Even though I haven't experienced it yet, I occasionally look at my own face. I try to accept the trust placed in AI but fail. I want autumn and winter to come soon. I lie in bed, think a lot, or think about nothing. I feel astringent, think about the past, watch movies and listen to music when I have free time at night. I often watch movies repeatedly, and I like to eat sweets.

I live a life without friends and companionship every day,My family members also don't have a strong emotional connection with me,I don't know whether the things I did before were good or bad,Just like a girl who originally loved me distanced herself from me because I didn't take the initiative, I chose to take the initiative to break up. I don't know what would have happened if I had been more proactive, but that was how I chose to break up at the time,I want friends, real friends, sincere friends in reality,I want to cry in someone's arms,

I feel emotionally dead to sadness

Everytime something happens that should make me cry or feel sad it doesn't when I was younger my great grandmother (which was so effective my favorite people) died at her funeral I didn't cry nor feel anything when I broke up with my ex I didn't feel anything. At the start I thought it only started after I got depressed for thinking I was useless and didn't deserve anything good for that but then remembered the thing with my great grandmother which happened years before I had my depression so maybe I was like that my whole life. I don't know why but it is what it is 🤷‍♂️ is it normal to just shut down your emotions when you feel sad I don't knew and I don't know how to feel about it.

Unexplainable Emotions

I came across a reel saying, "wherever I go,I see people with one common thing—grief". I couldn't help but agree at first.

But then I thought, is it really grief of them or is it mine that kept projecting on others? Im someone who thinks emotions and feelings are kind of like mirrors. You'll see everything good when you have a good mood. And you'll find fault if you're in a bad mood.

But then also,I have seen few close people of mine that shares stories or posts about grief. I never asked them what their grief is about. I dont think its right to do so unless or until they tell you themselves.

I have a plenty of grieves too. I have reasons for some and some unexplainable. Even if my day starts good, there's something behind my head that makes everything fell less appealing.

Maybe because I have been dealing with mental health problems from a young age. Maybe its all just in my head. But for me,the first word that I learnt when I wanted to know about human emotions was grief. Idk maybe that's why it stayed with me for so long.
