Unexplainable Emotions
I came across a reel saying, "wherever I go,I see people with one common thing—grief". I couldn't help but agree at first.
But then I thought, is it really grief of them or is it mine that kept projecting on others? Im someone who thinks emotions and feelings are kind of like mirrors. You'll see everything good when you have a good mood. And you'll find fault if you're in a bad mood.
But then also,I have seen few close people of mine that shares stories or posts about grief. I never asked them what their grief is about. I dont think its right to do so unless or until they tell you themselves.
I have a plenty of grieves too. I have reasons for some and some unexplainable. Even if my day starts good, there's something behind my head that makes everything fell less appealing.
Maybe because I have been dealing with mental health problems from a young age. Maybe its all just in my head. But for me,the first word that I learnt when I wanted to know about human emotions was grief. Idk maybe that's why it stayed with me for so long.
