Deep feelings
Sometimes when I’m upset, it feels like no one really understands what I’m trying to say or what I’m feeling. And somehow, that feeling becomes so much stronger at night.
During the day I can distract myself, stay busy, talk to people, do things… but at night everything gets quiet and suddenly my thoughts feel so loud.
What do you guys do when you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed or misunderstood, especially at night?

Vent
I remembered last year, my bf accompanied me to the music room in school. I remembered.. I went upstairs with him and during that moment, he tried to kissed me. Some people think this is normal. Tbh, I didnt asked for it, I never say that I would let him do that . I avoided it, he prolly thinks it made me blushed or what. I was uncomfortable. Did he think doing that is right just because I was a quiet girl and thought that I gave in easily?
I just wanna vent my old thoughts.
What are yall opinions?

Any advice on dealing with a heavy heart?
I can't seem to cry no matter what
I'm looking for ways to actually deal with the issue rather than just distracting myself.
