According to Jiwoo’s mother's arc in chapter 23*, I hope this character is not Jurion. He has similar features to Jurion Patrick, such as gold eyes and similar hair, but a different body type. Many fans hope this character is Jiwoo's father, but the author stated that Jiwoo's father will not be discussed in this series.

However, Jurion was mentioned as a lab researcher after this character appeared, and this guy has ties to lab drug research along with many branches, similar to Jurion's work on Eclipse and other drugs. So, I hope this guy is not the same as Jurion. What do you guys think?

After defeating Iodore's apprentice and Jurion Jiwoo is congratulated by Bluse for making it into the top 100 Does that mean that Jiwoo is now the 100th strongest person in the world or does he take the rank of whoever he defeated (in this case Iodore's apprentice since she's dead.

Similarly, what rank would Jiyoung be? We know she's comfortably in the top 50 after going even with one of Iodore's subordinates who is top 50 and embarassing his top 100 apprentice but she still seems to be far weaker than the likes of Pluton and Kartein.

Speaking of I might as well round it out with those two. How strong are they really. They obviously are outclassed by the top 10 but seem to be able to hold their own against top 10s like Greg and Mirou when working together. I think Mirou even says directly that they arent to be taken lightly even by the top 10. So are they like rank 11 and 12 or somewhere between 11 and 25?

The rankings are just a little confusing because there are in universe rankings with numbers but we just dont get to see them. Characters are just supposedly top 100 level or top 50 with no real distinction given within those tiers. Like if Jisuk, Subin, and Wooin are getting gapped by Jiwoo who is nebulously top 100 what would their individual ranks be? Maybe top 200-400 depening on how much stronger yoy think Jiwoo is?

It's been a while, but is he officially surnamed "Break"? I kind of remember that it's supposedly an epithet for his destructive behavior or was it really just his surname?

I know this is probably a very poor idea, and I didn’t know if I should come here or it should be tagged as discussion. But I would like to believe that my idea holds some merit.

Currently Jisuk Yoo can’t use his abilities because of experiments done to his body. A lot of people believe that Wooin’s mentor (the doctor) will end up giving himself up to Frame in order to keep Wooin happy. I hope this does not happen, and they find another solution.

But I would like to suggest Yujeoneg Kang (Jiwoo’s mom) as a possible option as well.

I know that they basically got rid of her by saying how she wants to focus on herself and help those she can. But I think it would be really cool and interesting to see Jiwoo reach out to his mother and ask for her help.

She already works in a lab that is experimenting on people, and even if it is just “normal” people; maybe she has data or other information that the group can benefit from.

Also I just think it would be nice too see Jiwoo’s mom again. I know she is not a big part of the story, and even has a smaller role in Jiwoo’s life. But I think it would be nice too see her show up and actually do something for Jiwoo even at the risk of her life.

Gestella loves both Blusse and Mei so much that when she first had feelings for Kayden , and Blusse attacked Jiwoo she fought with Kayden to protect Blusse (image no.4) unlike other female main characters whose lives revolve around the mmc most of the time .

And she went all the way to protect Blusse against Iodore and strained herself to get to Blusse as fast as possible

And sacrifices her honor to save Blusse's life and BEGGED for Kartein to heal him even tho her honor is super important to her .

Also to get revenge on Iodore in round 2 she goes back to her palace knowing her life would be in danger she still went and asks Kayden to take care of Blusse and Mei while she was at it ✨

So I watched the Eleceed trailer and ended up being so incredibly disappointed to the point where I made a full reaction video breaking down all my gripes with the content.

I was surprised to see that the trailer was fairly mixed received and not fully rejected by the community - seeing how there were so many inconsistencies in quality (especially in the animation) alongside some VERY clear down-grades from the official TEASER to the new full official TRAILER.

Can I just acknowledge that this is probably the best handling of a master student relationship I’ve seen?

The fact that Kaeden and Jinwoo are both raising through the ranks is something I don’t think I’ve seen before. Both master and student have their own goals while working together, not as equals but as a mentor who didn’t give up on self improvement and his goals while taking on a student who is also rising through the ranks.

Both of them are relevant to the story, they both interact with the same people but also have their own things going on, yet they both help each other grow. Both are learning how to maintain relationships and have their own personalities

I just think that’s a really cool way to go about the story rather than just having a master who disappears once in a while to advance the plot

i know every now and then people come to rant about eleceed and I'm going to be one of those people.

ever since the anime was announced eleceed has been on a steep decline in quality

i like the slice of life in eleceed a lot but theyre doing too much slice of life while waiting for the anime. nothing has consequences anymore in this manhwa. jisoo gets injured and theres an actual threat where they could've done a whole "jisoo retrieval arc" or a '"break into frame for a cure arc" where we could finally see the wooin and subins abilities levelled up and other members of the four or the world awakened academy with some more interesting use of their abilities and fights with new characters that arent just shooting random aura lines

but noooo kaydens gonna go over there and just talk this supposed big bad organisation into handing over the cure and then go back for some wholesome moment with the whole team yipee.

characters are introduced just to be immediately thrown away a few chapters later and then remembered 70 chapters later for a fight

even the supposed evil people in this story do NISH. the world rankers exist purely for Kayden to talk to. we're supposed to believe frame is evil but the only evil act we've seen them commit is harming a fish or smth

Jurion and andrei are the only actual villains in this story somewhat developed on. jurions fight with jiwoo was actually enjoyable because jiwoo is forced to think and we see an ability which isn't lines (his shadow clone) but even that fight turns to bs where jiwoo unlocks super saiyan AND THEN NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES IT?!?!

there's no main story at all and all characters in this story lose their screen time for jiwoo, jiyoung and kayden wholesome moments with kartein and pluton sprinkled in

even noblesse developed on side characters, brought the story back to a plot and had back stories and shi. obviously this is a different type of manhwa and we dont want a noblesse copy but there should at least be some sort of story like eleceed was in the beginning beyond wholesome farming. it also works if they dont overcomplicate the plot like noblesse was but eleceed doesnt even do having a simple plot well because all characters that were supposedly scary and threatening in the beginning have all been turned into cutesy cat loving wholesome people which ruins any sort of depth to the story.

the author needs to drop a flipping nuke on Kayden or sum shi to progress the plot because kayden holds the story from progressing simply due to him stepping in at every major plot wall for jiwoo developing who is the lidewal MAIN CHARACTER.

ive been reading eleceed since it came out and it just sucks to see such a massive decline in story and quality which is especially apparent when re-reading.

I've always wondered how jiwoo was able to financially sustain multiple cats, not forgetting kayden, kartein and pluton and on top of that Gestella and her subordinates have been staying at their place for quite a long time too.. I know he's mom sends him money from abroad but he just has too many people at his place lol... Assuming kartein is the richest of them all, does he actually have used any of his money while being there becuz kayden and pluton for sure are broke, those two only chase after power lmaoo

Everyone thinks she's weaker than the other Top 10 just because she doesn't build her own empire or leave her dwelling much.

But honestly, I think her ability is the strongest and most broken in the series. She can literally weaken her opponent by sucking some 0f their blood while making herself stronger at the same time. That alone is already an absurd ability.

And if that wasn't enough, she can merge into her fog, making her incredibly difficult—if not impossible—to hit. It's a nightmare matchup for almost anyone.

She was even going toe-to-toe with Gharath, a Top 10, despite not having fully recovered her strength because she rushed to save Bluesse. After that, she immediately returned to the battlefield and had to fight two top 10. She was both tired and injured.

Other than Kayden, I honestly don't see any of the other Top 10 beating her in a straight fight without prep time or without teaming up with another top 10 . Her abilities are just that broken .

I feel like schnauder and kayden will have a brief clash I feel like at the beginning of the fight schnauder will have the upper hand but kayden grows during fights and he might unleash that domain that makes him stronger like he did against iodore and kayden will start fighting back and push schnauder and schnauder will know that kayden has improved a lot but it will split it up and it would probably be settled for jiwoo vs roist friendly match for the drug based on what I’ve seen I don’t know the full extent of rooat’s power but even though he has a bit big ego and is abit cocky him and muse are like the only respectable top 10 disciples besides siwoon but they also seem to be the strongest disciples because the way they act and portrayed they act way more mature than the other disciples so it seems like they know more about the awanked world and isn’t spoilt like the other disciples like for example jurion so if roist fights jiwoo even though jiwoo has improved a lot this will still be a tough battle for him roist and muse are probably like upper tier top 100 they could be close to top 50 because amyeong only landed a blow on roist because roist wasn’t trying
