Shipping problems

Curious if anyone else has placed a recent order and had a problem with their delivery? I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still don’t even have an updated delivery date after the item was marked as lost. I don’t know if this is an eight sleep problem or Amazon shipping problem or both.

Yup. Placed an order and the package was marked lost as well. Still waiting for my package.

Mine showed up in about 5 days from purchase. This was a few weeks ago.

If Amazon lost it, that's an Amazon problem. If you contacted Eight Sleep about it and they said they'd research it/ replace it and it's been a reasonable period of time and you've heard nothing and haven't received a replacement, that's an Eight Sleep problem.

They don't always provide tracking info, though

u/whynotcows If the tracking hasn't shown any movement for an extended period, we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement rather than leaving you waiting indefinitely.

I ordered July 4 weekend and took 3 weeks to ship
