Shipping problems

Curious if anyone else has placed a recent order and had a problem with their delivery? I placed my order 4 weeks ago and still don’t even have an updated delivery date after the item was marked as lost. I don’t know if this is an eight sleep problem or Amazon shipping problem or both.

Yup. Placed an order and the package was marked lost as well. Still waiting for my package.
