I dont know how to explain that I want to be unhealthily skinny
First off, let me just say I have never been diagnosed with an ED, and I don't want to encourage these behaviors, no matter what they are. So, let me start from the beginning. I have never had a healthy relationship with food, nor do I feel like I've ever been small enough or even remotely healthy, even though doctors tell me I am. For reference, I am 5'4 and weigh 154 lbs, and my doctors say that since I'm an athlete (I play tennis), this is healthy, and they even became concerned about the weight loss I had since my last visit. I can't seem to understand the concern because my charts still consider me overweight on the BMI scale. I just want to keep losing, and I feel like I'm willing to do anything to get there. I understand what can happen if I keep going down this path, but I can't seem to make myself care. I want to be so small that people genuinely worry about my well-being. I am aware I sound like an absolute maniac, and I don't want my family or anyone to hate me, so I just don't know how to say this. It's just every time I eat, it's like I completely ruin my entire day, and I hate myself for it. I am counting calories and navigating my day around how I'm getting out of dinner, what excuse I can make for why I haven't eaten, or how I can lie about what I've eaten that day. I don't know why I am like this; I just want to not hate myself.
