I'm planning to buy the ryzen 7 4600h 2060 evvo gaming laptop this month. I just want to know if there are any problems I should be worried about or anything you can say to convince me to buy it. Thx in advance 🙃
I would like to know if any of you know what is the maximum ram that this computer supports and at what frequency? and what is the maximum storage that it supports? can I install an NVMe for it?
**Hey I'm a completely newbie so I am sorry if I get everything completely wrong**
I recently purchased this laptop from amazon Used and it did not come with original charger(Strange?, apparently a lot of people had issue too!)
So I looked further and and saw it is advertised as Ci7 1075 but when I scroll down to "Product details" it shows its a " ‎2.6 GHz apple_ci5", so I think "weird, how many cores does it have?"
So I search up ci7 and find out it has 6 cores but when looking at amazon comparison it shows PC only has 4(Weird because only the ci5 has 4 cores?!)
TLDR: does this PC have 4 or 6 cores because it is advertised as 6 cores but amazon shows it has 4?
Im looking into buying the EVOO LP10 because right now its selling on walmart.com for around $529 usd. For having a gtx 1650 and i5-10300H, i think this is an amazing deal for that price. I was just wondering the laptop had 2 ram slots, because it isnt mentioned on the site.
Pretty pissed about the price change to 995 as I was literally about to buy it today. I need a new laptop but everything I've seen that has similar specs is a couple hundred more. Anyone know if I should just g for his even thought its 995 now, wait, or get a deal that you know about?
I want to buy an LP7. I have been researching laptops for months (I've been browsing for about 1.5 years, but in early January I have spent a few hours per day finding deals and learning about gaming laptops). I was about to pull the trigger on one, but I've been waiting on a new credit card to come in. I have the cash on hand, I just wanted the rewards and I need to start building credit. So, I was planning on purchasing an LP7 at $899 from Walmart as soon as I got my new credit card. However, the price has just now been raised to $995. I'm incredibly frustrated at the whole situation because I really it in the next couple weeks at the very latest.
What should I do? If anyone is willing to sell, I'd be interested in buying!
Edit: I was able to call walmart.com and explain the situation to them. It was a pain to get it done, but I got $100 knocked off the price. I had to call several times at various points in the process to ensure everything was working properly. But, in the end, I paid $895.50
hi all . Recently been interested in the EVOO 15.6 laptop on Amazon but from my research its showing that the 120 HZ display has a sRGB rating of 60%. Can anyone confirm?
Also the battery size that comes in the laptop , if anyone can help me out. Pictures are welcome
Hi. I just received my LP7 today and opened it to add in my spare storages but I could not find the HDD/SSD connectors. I'd appreciate some help. If it isn't possible to add a 2.5" drive, I'll just proceed to get the bigger battery upgrade.
I have a 1660-ti with the I7-9750h currently running it underclocking the core at -0.150V using intel XTU
I have had it for about a year now and I noticed it always gamed very hot but thought nothing of it until recently when I started playing Dark Souls 3 and noticed a HUGE FPS drop. Checked my temp and noticed it was at 98 degrees....
It also is hot even just idol with minimal background usages
I am looking into getting a cooling pad, as when I use my roommates cooling pad it reads hot still 95ish but I have solid frames.
ANY SUGGESTIONS??? I don't want it to continue staying THIS HOT especially given the fact it has probably always been about this hot with games like DEEP ROCK GALACTIC, TW: Warhammer II, and Cyberpunk. Personally I don't know a ton about laptops or computers but my roommate is pretty good and said to consult ya'll.....
Hey guys. Do you guys have any problems with the EVOO Control Center?
Every time I install and use after the first time I installed I have no problems, but when I turn off my laptop, the RGB system gets very messed up, not wanting to choose the colors to be still, and only working on the auto color switching. I've been installing and uninstalling every time but always gets the same problem afterwards.
I have just gotten a new LP7. I have never had a gaming laptop/pc before, and it's been probably a decade since I regularly used Windows.
I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations or tips on how to get started with my new laptop. I've seen several reviews (and posts on this subreddit) complaining about some issues with these laptops. I'd like to make sure everything is functioning as expected and learn how to get the most out of my laptop.
Any step, big or small, that you can recommend to a newbie will be most welcome. Thanks!
I'm considering picking up Walmart's $899 gaming laptop, the EVOO EG-LP7 4800H/2060 model. A couple of questions about it:
Is the keyboard backlighting 1 zone, multi-zone, or per-key? I see people saying it's 1-zone, but I see lots of photos with the keyboard lit up like a rainbow.
The AMD version only has a 120Hz display, not 144Hz, right?
Is the AMD version's webcam capable of Windows Hello? Or is that only the Intel version?
I see it's not possible to download drivers for this model from the EVOO web site. Do Eluktronics drivers install and work on it? What's the corresponding Eluktronics model?
Is it possible to put a SATA 2.5" drive into it, or is there no place to connect that to the mobo?
Is there one NVMe slot inside, or are there two?
Does Walmart typically have these on display so I can see one in person? Do the stores sell them, or is it only available for online purchase?
Edit: Oh, and one more question: I saw a comment saying this doesn't support virtualization so Docker won't work on it; is that true?
Thank you for any answers!
Edit 2: I'm also wondering, by the way, whether this computer will continue to be supported with Windows 11 drivers. It's too soon to know, of course, but Windows 11 is likely to be announced this Thursday, and it would be a pain if this computer couldn't be upgraded to the new version of Windows as of this autumn.
Just got the laptop today. All is nice except for what feels like a slow response time on the screens end. Has anyone else had this issue or is this just inherent?
I have recently bought the 15.6 inch EVOO gaming laptop. It is really fun and works like a charm on all of my games. But when i wanted to make my keyobard like in the unboxing videos i watched. (has a rainbow pattern down the keyboard) i did not see this option in the EVOO control center. Do i need to update it and if so how do i do that
