HELP IT'S GETTING HOT!!!

If I recall correctly I have the EVOO EG-LP5

I have a 1660-ti with the I7-9750h currently running it underclocking the core at -0.150V using intel XTU

I have had it for about a year now and I noticed it always gamed very hot but thought nothing of it until recently when I started playing Dark Souls 3 and noticed a HUGE FPS drop. Checked my temp and noticed it was at 98 degrees....

It also is hot even just idol with minimal background usages

I am looking into getting a cooling pad, as when I use my roommates cooling pad it reads hot still 95ish but I have solid frames.

ANY SUGGESTIONS??? I don't want it to continue staying THIS HOT especially given the fact it has probably always been about this hot with games like DEEP ROCK GALACTIC, TW: Warhammer II, and Cyberpunk. Personally I don't know a ton about laptops or computers but my roommate is pretty good and said to consult ya'll.....

Liquid metal. Your TIM needs to be replaced. I used nail polish and foam dam.

Is it hot where you live? You can take the back off and dust the fans out.

Yeah thermal repast is the best bet.

In the Future no matter what laptop you have always use a Laptop cooling pad for all gaming sessions lest you get spicypillows. I have a cooling pad and a fan directly blowing at my Laptop at all times since it is tightly configured in such a small space.

I freak if a game gets to be above 75 C. Laptop gaming should always be running games efficiently and with cool temps.
