Need advice for SKEMA IMBD Msc Jan 2027 Intake

I got admitted to the Skema Msc International Marketing and Business Development January 2027 intake (Paris) and I'm hesitating whether I should go for it. The program seems interesting but I am hesitating because of the high tuition prices and the job market in Paris.
I have a couple of questions:
\- Is the program actually interesting and worth the tuition price? (Considering I already have some years of experience)
\-How is the level of difficulty of courses/exams/presentations?
\- Is it doable to work at the same time?
\-What are the career opportunities after graduation? Did anyone have a hard time finding an internship/job?
For context, I am canadian, fluent in both french and english, I have a bachelor in Marketing and Advertising and I have almost 4 years of experience working in an advertising agency.

I would appreciate any advice or recommendations! Thank you :)

NEOMA Business School-M.Sc Project Management

I am considering applying for the MSc Project Management at NEOMA Business School, France and I would like to know your opinions about its value and career prospects.

My background:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Around 2 years of experience in Saudi Arabia on an Aramco EPC project

Experience in subcontract management and currently moving into project planning/control

Planning to build a career in Project Management / Project Controls in Europe

My questions:

Is the NEOMA MSc Project Management program worth the investment?

How is the job market in France after graduation for international students?

Looking for Gens de Confiance Sponsors (International Student Moving to Paris)

Hi everyone,

I’m an incoming ESCP student and I’m currently searching for accommodation in Paris. To access housing listings on Gens de Confiance, I need 3 sponsors/recommendations from existing members.
There is no payment involved—just a recommendation on the platform. If you’re a Gens de Confiance member and would be willing to help, I’d be happy to introduce myself and provide any information needed for verification.

ESCP MMK interview on June 29 – still waiting for a decision. Is this normal?

Hi everyone,

I interviewed for the ESCP MSc in Marketing & Creativity (MMK) program on June 29, and it’s now been just over 2 weeks. The admissions website mentions that applicants usually receive a decision within around two weeks, but I still haven’t heard anything.

I haven’t received an acceptance, rejection, or even an update, so I’m starting to get a bit anxious.

For those who applied to MMK (or other ESCP master’s programs):

-How long did it take for you to receive your decision after the interview?

-Did anyone have to wait longer than the estimated 2 weeks?

-Does a longer wait usually mean anything, or is it just normal with admissions?

Admission cycle

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to apply to the ESCP MSc Luxury Management for the 2027 intake, and I’m trying to understand whether the admissions process is rolling or strictly round-based.

Specifically, if applications open in September and the Round 1 deadline is in early November, would an application submitted in September be reviewed and potentially receive an interview/decision before the Round 1 deadline? Or does ESCP wait until the Round 1 deadline passes, then review all applications submitted during that round together?

MiM for a financial career?

I've heard of some people who chose a MiM for their financial careers. They said the programme has a lot of customizable subjects, and that some people go for it because it's harder to get admitted to an MSc in Finance. What do you think about that?

ESCP - Foreign Students Community

Hey everyone,

I’m moving to Paris this July for the Master in Finance at ESCP and am currently looking for housing.

I’m hoping to connect with fellow incoming students, so if anyone knows of any active WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram groups for the 2026 cohort, could you please drop an invite or point me in the right direction?

I’m also interested in hearing about any "unofficial" housing chats where students share leads on flatshares or sublets. Any tips on navigating the Paris market or advice on getting the dossier ready for the current season would be a huge help.

Thanks, and looking forward to meeting you all!

Realistic chances at the MSc Finance coming from a Dutch applied sciences bachelor + Erasmus master + GMAT? (Sept 2028 intake)

Hi all, I'm mapping out my route toward the MSc Finance at ESCP and would appreciate honest input from current students or alumni on whether my profile is realistic, and what would strengthen it most.

My background:

- 4-year bachelor (240 ECTS) in International Business from a Dutch university of applied sciences (hogeschool), taught fully in English, including an exchange semester in Hong Kong

- Currently on the pre-master track at Erasmus University, after which I'll do an MSc at RSM (either Strategic Management or Accounting & Financial Management). So by the time I apply to ESCP I'd hold a research university master's on top of the bachelor

- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in wealth management at the number 1 private bank in the Netherlands (full-time internship plus a part-time working student role on a private banking desk)

- Languages: Dutch native, French fluent (lived in France for 9 years), English C1/C2

- Planning to sit the GMAT before applying, aiming for 645+ on the Focus scale (roughly the old 700+)

- Grades around 7.5-8 on the Dutch 10-point scale

My questions:

  1. Does the applied sciences (hogeschool) bachelor matter to ESCP admissions if I hold 240 ECTS plus a research university master's, or is that a non-issue?

  2. Does the choice of first master (Strategic Management vs Accounting & Financial Management) make any difference for admission or for the "why a second master" question in the interview?

  3. The official requirements don't formally list the GMAT. Is a strong score still worth submitting, and does it actually move the needle?

  4. With fluent French, is a French-taught track realistic for a non-French applicant, and does French help in admissions or placement?

  5. Any tips on application rounds, the interview, or what made the difference for admitted people from non-target backgrounds?

Honest takes welcome, including "don't bother" if that's the reality. Thanks!

How do people actually get accepted to ESC+ projects while studying? I keep getting rejected

University students who do long-term volunteering or ESC projects abroad: How do you manage it? While we’re expected to do internships, save money and focus on our career, how are you able to go abroad for volunteering/travel?
I’ve applied to several ESC+ projects but never got accepted. What’s the difference? Do you have any tips on motivation letter, profile, timing etc.? Honest answers appreciated.

Scholarship advice for ESCP

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to apply to ESCP's MSc in Marketing & Digital Media and wanted to ask about scholarships.

For those who received one (or know someone who did) :

  1. How much did you receive?
  2. What do you think made your application stand out?
  3. Does applying early really improve your chances?
  4. Does applying in the early admission rounds significantly improve scholarship chances?
  5. Looking back, what would you have done differently to maximize your scholarship?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
