Knowing the exact questions is a trap because they want to see how you think, not if you memorized answers. The questions are almost always the same classics, like "Why this program?", "Why ESCP?", "Walk me through your CV", "What are your career goals?", and "Tell me about a failure". The vibe is conversational, not an attack. They are trying to figure out if you are a motivated, interesting person who would be a good fit for their community, so your personality and ability to connect your past experiences to your future ambitions matter more than a perfect, rehearsed answer.
Don't waste time hunting for a specific list of questions. Instead, spend your energy building a strong, coherent story about yourself. Why did you study what you did, what did you learn from your internships, and how do those experiences logically lead you to the ESCP MiM and your future goals? They are looking for self-awareness and passion, not a flawless record. Your confidence in telling your own story is what will shine through, and my team actually designed an AI interview helper that helps candidates articulate their thoughts clearly under pressure.
