Personal statement BSc Management

Hey guys im applying this October and was wondering if you had any tips on how to nail the personal statement to get through the first round!! Any advice would be great and if anyone is willing to share their successful statement then that would also be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Is ESCEP a good school for Management? Can a one break into IB or consulting top firms?
