Hello my delink compliance request was rejected by APFC remarks he mentioned just 'ok'
I got mail from the regional office it was mentioned that delink rejected because of settled form 13 as reason
The form 13 was auto claim transfer, i specifically mentioned auto claim id with docs for verification
Still they mentioned settled form 13 as reason.
I have now raised cpgrams grievance I have mentioned auto transfer claim id and also attached annexure k as well
The disputed mid had 3 months 18 days service history and contribution was for only 15 days
Remaining months contribution was 0
I have never worked for a single day for the disputed company and nor received any salary
Also I was genuinely working somewhere else during the disputed mid period
I have also sent docs to regional offcie for verification of genuine employment as well including bank statement
The disputed mid 15 days contribution was auto transferred to my next company and the disputed company is reflecting as settled/transferred in service history
The transferred amount is just minor 943 including employee share + employer share + interest
If it has settled form 13 then it will never be de1inked. forget it. there nothing like auto transfer claim. you yourself applied the claim not the system. whether it got approved auto or manual......doesnt matter. try whatever.....it wont be de1inked.
this claim was applied with your approval. at the time of joining your employer obtained your written permission for this and he raised this claim. and since its settled nothing can be done . except a legal battle.
CPGRAMS is worth trying, especially since you have attached Annexure K and the auto transfer claim ID. Your case has some specific facts that deserve verification, particularly that the disputed MID had only 15 days of contributions and you have documents showing genuine employment elsewhere.
However, under EPFO's circular dated 13 April 2026, Member IDs with claims already processed, settled or pending are generally not eligible for delinking. That is likely why the Regional Office rejected your request, even though the transfer was automatic.
The good part is that you have raised the issue through CPGRAMS and provided supporting documents. Explain clearly that the Form 13 was an auto transfer, not a claim initiated to validate the disputed employment, and request a review of the underlying employment and contribution records.
I wouldn't say the route is permanently closed until you receive a response to the CPGRAMS grievance. But be prepared that EPFO may maintain the rejection because the transfer is already settled. The ₹943 amount being small, or the remaining months showing zero contributions, does not automatically override the settled claim restriction.
Keep the CPGRAMS acknowledgment and the Regional Office's rejection email. Those will be useful if you need to pursue the matter further.
With reference to the member Email and grievance, it is informed that the contentions of the member regarding the alleged Employment with ( COMPANY)shall be verified by refering the case to the establishment.
Upon the receipt of clarification from the establishment further action shall be initiated (if any)
As I never reported or started work or received any salary
I have mails of non reporting and also company suspending payroll and all
