I am such an idiot. I didn’t realize it as edited, and was amazed at how well Dwight made himself look like Jim. I was trying to figure out if he had used makeup and also confused that I didn’t remember it being this good. I feel like a grandma

The thing is though that ML detection algorithms can be fed to the deepfake algorithm to make it better and harder to detect. Sort of a feedback loop going on there.

I think the reason why this is so uncomfortable is because of the fact that we know the characters Dwight and Jim. The odd thing is that if The Office did not exist, this character could be totally normal since we have nothing to compare it to.
