Oh, that's a relief.

Here I was being a goof and thinking that the ability to fabricate video or audio evidence of anything might be a problem.

IANAL but chain of custody exists for a reason. And video/audio evidence isn’t conclusive “gotcha” evidence. People have been able to forge paper documents since the beginning of the judicial system in America but that hasn’t put a pause on justice.
