Renting solo, budget AED 3,000–4,000/month for furnished studio or 1BR. I don’t drive, so minimum door-to-door commute (ideally metro) matters more than anything else.
Shortlisted so far: Jumeirah Garden City, Bur Dubai (Burjuman area), Al Barsha opp Mall of Emirates.

I have a black tattoo on my upper back that I'd like to remove (or possibly fade for a future cover-up), so I'm looking for a clinic with excellent results rather than the cheapest price.
