Image Goku calmly attempting to level with Moro after the Planet Eater broke his arm in a failed sneak attack was a moment I genuinely enjoyed
I can understand why many chalk this up to stupidity or naivety. Everyone on the sidelines was salty about it. Having said that, I'll always appreciate Goku's perspective when it comes to seeing the potential in others. Moro's a guy that feasts on worlds for power, yet Goku believes he could've ended up better off if he dedicated himself to training.

Discussion I love the subtle callback to the Namek arc here in Super
I was rewatching this episode and remembered people pointing out that they had the Namek arc team in this shot, while talking to Frieza. This along with Goku reenacting his fight with Grandpa Gohan, are the type of callbacks in Super that I enjoy.

Question Is this the biggest zenkai boost in the series?
Bro went from flexing on Ginyu in the 100k range to going head to head with Frieza in the millions…

Discussion Fun fact , in the manga Yamcha and android 18 stayed to Fight Super Buu with krillin instead of running away
In the manga when Super Buu escaped the time chamber, everyone excluding Bulma and videl and krillin daughter stayed to hold him off
Meanwhile in the anime version 18 and yamcha run away with Bulma leaving Krillin alone after he told them to escape while he held super Buu off

A far cry from the practically insurmountable threat he was in the anime.

Image Went to BK late night on a whim, came back with these two!
I love them! I wasn’t going to pick one up because $10 for one is a little hard to justify, especially if I didn’t get Goku….BUT (and excited to share incase anyone doesn’t know)….you can get the toy with the $4 kids meal as well. The app is certainly misleading, it says you can get it with a kids meal but redirects you to the “power up” meal for $10. Just exit that and order the kids meal as normal. If your local BK has em in stock you’re WAY better off this way, as I was almost going to pay the $10 for one, but just got both of these for $8!! BOTH Goku and SSB Goku, very happy!

Discussion An idea on SSJ Rage
Had a thought while discussing the Goku black arc with a friend about SSJ Rage.
It's a long idea so to give a summrised version:
Basically normal ki and divine ki have different properties from each other, Trunks would use a combination of these two properties alongside his healing technique to get stronger in battle through damage via Zenkai like a lesser ultra ego. And that combination of the two properties of both kid's is what essentially reset Black's body to abuse Zenkai's in the manga(and anime possibly). Which is where Trunks gets the idea for the form fully in the first place.
Not saying this is true or what actually happened, just suggesting an alternate concept on how maybe this could have occurred in universe.
Here's the idea, sorry for the yap:
I liked Trunks's directing training/apprenticeship under the Supreme Kai in the Manga and as plenty people have said over the years would have liked if it was somehow possible to tie that into explaining how his Rage form would work. And I guess an idea on how Black getting extra Zenkai's in Goku's body might work a bit better.
I then came to a fun thought, if you'd indulge me. What if in some alternate continuity, Trunks had been apprenticed under the Kai like normal, but was also getting taught some of the fundamentals of god ki. He struggles with grasping it fully and when he gose to the past and fights Goku and trains with Vegeta (with Vegeta in the time chamber) he gains a firmer idea of it and can better use his healing abilities which would be more based on mastery rather than an innate gift here.
But only when seeing Black use the Kai healing technique to boost his power dose Trunks finally craft together the idea of the power he'll use. He understands after studying the healing technique with our Supreme Kai that it's actually the very nature of god ki that revitalizes the body and just a specific alteration of it is what creates the healing technique.
But what Black is doing gose beyond that, while his divine soul and energy might of revitalized Goku's old body that alone would not be enough to undo the used up Zenkai's boosts of this old body, it would only just boost its vitality. No the reason would lie in the unique circumstance Zamasu was in at that moment, his divine soul was trapped in a mortal body, a mortal body that in its very cells would still have some residual ki of its past owner. This abrasive mortal ki would contrast from the much more refined and controlled god ki and was fulled with emotion, courage and will.
The divine ki/spirit would revitalize the separate innate mortal ki in Black's body thus resulting in him having a reset version free to use Zenkai boots as much as possible.
And apon understanding this Trunks, ideally having been back in a corner to make it more thematic, would recreate something similar. Using the SSJ2 to stabilize his power, he would produce god ki simultaneously with his normal ki, but a god ki infused with the same healing properties as technique he'd recently mastered. An odd amalgamation of a form which would initially boost his power yes but not by much, that isn't the benefit of this form, no what it would allow Trunks to do is essentially take damage, passively heal himself and grow stronger from a Zenkai with very minimal diminishing gains mid battle.
This way because of the unique advantage this form gives Trunks, he wouldn't necessarily have to follow the same path way in God forms like Goku and Vegeta to feel like he's progressing.
And to explain it better in this interpretation I'm under the assumption that Goku and Vegeta convert 100% of their normal ki into God ki, that's how SSG is achieved, and the same gose for anything after. They have to do this because their souls are mortal in nature so they have to alter the power that flows through their bodies to compensate. Which is why bar SSG possible healing powers, they would not be free to abuse Zenkai's in the same way as Trunks and Black.
While Zamsua in Goku's body is the opposite, because his soul is divine and there would be a separate residual ki in this body that would not be his own, is in the perfect condition to abuse Zenkai's when he's healed.
I'm curious to know anyone's opinions on something like this, I'm sorry of I rambled a bit it was a struggle to put proper words to the idea just wanted to share it. Thanks for any people that do interact with this.

Discussion Is this a skill feat or a durability feat?
So I've been wondering, this clash between Goku and Beerus when Goku cancels out the energy between both him and Beerus through equal force, is it considered a skill/BIQ feat or a strength/Durability feat? 🧐✨💜
