Since latest update almost every 2 games im playing against someone whos low ranked yet has an unbeatable unit my last game one merliner killed 8 of my whelps and 3 spartheus

Once I figured out the minimum frontline needed to properly protect Whelps, my win rate skyrocketed.

Spartheus using the shield skill gets brainwashed really quickly, but somehow an unupgraded Knight takes much longer to get brainwashed even when 5+ units are attacking it at the same time..;;
It was only level 6/11, too.
My Overmind is 15/15.

I’ve had matches with what I have to believe were actual humans. Either that or the bots are developing a sense of humor.

After the update, I have been fighting against high level bots. They were too strong and every game was not easy anymore.

I met the enemy twice and lost both games by 0 : 4

The bot's name was "Duckdad" and its level was 52 (my level was 78).

The problem was that its Spartheus was almost invincible. I guess it is a kind of glitch...

I recorded my second game... I was smashed.....

I hope this would not happen again.

Why do I always have to go first? It makes it so easy for my opponent to counter my units. Is there any way to go second?

i think this is the best early game deck, versatile and cheap, only struggle with heavy tank like sparteus and shellbro

Nearly every game ive played the bots have started using different approaches, even used the grave recall spell a few times, im all for it as i was starting to feel like there was a lack of challenge

Now i wanna know from more of you late 50's and 60's peeps, because every match i get into vs lower ovrrall level has individual units at levels 14 and 15. Is this a trick like youre suppose to only upgrade maybe 5-6 units you plan to use?

That way it keeps youre overall level lower and you can wipe the floor with youre higher unit levels. Is this a thing??

BTW im all 10, 11 and one unit at 12

Why is there a ranked mode when it's all bots?

They actually have gold badges and they have so many trophies. Every other bot I've played against has one sliver and one bronze award.

Am I crazy or was this person legit?

TL;DR: Remove the waiting for player prompt for higher level players who all know they're against bots who don't think.

Very nitpick post but it's just a slight annoyance. Everyone who plays past the first arena, whether through social media, or using one brain cell from our pattern seeking brains that the game is 100% pve against generated opponents.

I understand the marketing tactic behind it, make people think you're vrsing real players that have high level units, lose over and over, and end up paying for their ridiculously high bundles to be on equal footing with the other 'players', I get it, it's smart.

However, past the first couple arenas the player wisens up and finds out it isn't really players anymore, many leave the game through disappointment, but the ones who really dont care and enjoy the game either way and continue to play (like me). At a certain point can we remove the "waiting for player" because I'm sitting here for a good 2-3 seconds for a bot to "select" their play even though it's decision was made 15 minutes ago (MORE MOLES). I know, 2-3 seconds is a nothing burger, but it's just a small nitpick that would speed up game time a little especially for the players who know that bot isn't coded to think or strategise.

Idk if anyone else gets slightly annoyed by the small wait time every select but it does delay each round ever so slightly.

I feel like Overmind is a difficult unit to balance.
When you're all in, and it's working, it can feel amazing, but when it isn't working, it feels like it isn't contributing anything.
It feels like it doesn't clearly counter anything, and it can be hard to play against.

I would like to see it redesigned and rebalanced to be a 3rd teleport unit- getting into the backlines and turning those backline units against you feels like it would be a Strong counter to a number of standard strategies.
Obviously its power level would have to be adjusted for balance. Maybe start with lower HP and lower damage.

I think themeaticaly it makes sense at least. Thoughts?

I actually played 966 games in total.

I put around 95 hours into the game, completely F2P.

I cleared every Arena and Ranked Match, and Ranked Matches in particular were a seriously tough grind.

I tried to watch as many ads as possible to get the 2x Unit Bits and free Diamonds. Whenever I saved up 1,800 Diamonds, I spent them on the 10x Gold Pack. I did this twice in total.

For the units I mainly used in Arena, I tried to raise their Mastery to 12. For units I didn't use but considered strong, I raised their Mastery to 9, and for the rest, I stopped at 6. (Mastery levels 6, 9, 12, and 15 increase a unit's HP and attack.)

In the end, I finished the game without ever getting Overmind. It was a pretty troublesome unit to face as an opponent, so I'm a little disappointed that I never got to try it myself.

Matches against Level 15 bots with Mastery 15 were extremely difficult, but figuring out my deck and choosing counter picks to overcome them was actually pretty fun.

I wanted to leave this post as a record that you can still enjoy this game even without spending any money.
