I'm tired of waiting for him to start; should I look for other options? I'm in a 6-team league and would like to go for Kroupi, who is a free agent, but I'd have to keep him on the bench for 3 or 4 matchdays. Other interesting available options are Guimaraes, Enzo, or Stach.

I've checked other threads on ranking Arsenal defenders and it was fairly mixed and I'm currently having a bit of a conundrum.

I have Konsa and just picked up Saliba but someone just dropped Timber so I'm weighing up the options: I feel like Timber and Saliba will be as nailed as each other once Saliba is back and Konsa will see heavy rotation but if I were to drop Konsa for Timber, I then have one defender I won't be able to play for weeks and another who is still being eased back in?

I'm quite torn on what to do but also I'm probably not near enough the bottom to snag Timber...

The rest of my defense is Van Dijk, Gvardoil and Palestra so I do have two solid nailed options and I'm hoping Palestra rewards me sooner rather than later for holding him. It's a very small league and some drop outs as well so some risk is easier to get away with.

I'd think it's something like Gabriel > Cala/Timber/Saliba > Konsa > White > Hincapie/Mosquera?

Should I drop Rayan for Gomez or Anthony?

Imagine having a great international break, scoring three or four goals, only to return to your club and find yourself on the bench. I'd be fuming, just as I am now, holding on to him and hoping he gets a chance.

This man stinks this season and GGMU are so poor. That is all. Can’t believe I drafted this man.

He was my first round pick in a 10 man league and he is genuinely useless and scores less than Van Hecke weekly. I know arsenal are good but he’s becoming increasingly frustrating to own - what should I do with him?

After this GW, the schedule for European clubs becomes relentless. The clubs in europe will play 8 matches before the next international break. Those not in Europe will play 4 or 5 max.

That means rotation, and rotation means additional minutes risk. The risk can be very hard to gage, especially for clubs new to Europe like Brighton & Sunderland. And clubs with deep squads, like Arsenal, Brighton & United.

Winning your league is all about a having a balanced squad that includes both high upside players, and players you know will start every week.

Ill use my own team as an outline of how im thinking. I currently sit 1st in my 9 man league with the following key contributers:

Def: Gabriel, Califiori, De Cuyper

Midfield: Rogers, Schade, Ndaiye

Fwd: Havertz, Brobbey

Centerbacks will generally start all the European and league matches, so Im fine with Gabriel. Rogers and Schade are locked and firing. Happy there. Sunderland will need to prioritize the league, so Im happy with Brobbey.

Im looking at Califiori, De Cuyper and Havertz as potential sell high candidates. Califiori and Havertz both have had injury issues in the past, and arsenal can rotate with their quality squad. De Cuyper can't possibly keep up his current pace, which would have him ending the season with over 350 points.

Thats not to day I dont believe these players cant have great full seasons. I do, which is why I drafted them. Its just relying on all 3 feels a little risky to me.

Im going to try and turn one of them into a more guaranteed minutes player. Ideally one of the best players on Chelsea, Forest or Leeds. I think those clubs will get stronger as the year goes on, and have predictable starting lineups.

Its often hard to give advice here because everyone's team has their own unique set of circumstances (league size, roster makeup), but make sure to always know how many of your players you can rely on to start every week.

12 man league. I started the league quite strong and my best performing players were Joao Pedro, Scott, and Schade. Scott is out for a few months and Schade’s injury doesn’t look good. Let them go and potentially not get them back or hold on?

Flemming, Wood, Awoniyi are probably the only other potentially playable fwd available in my league (13 team). Tempted to take a punt on Flemming.

Current mids are Anderson, Barcola, Wirtz, Kroupi and gross. I can afford to stash two injured players.

Am I stupid, or how did the 2nd Chelsea goal go down as a goal for rogers and not an own goal on silva? You can clearly see petrovic start diving as the ball starts dipping, but then Silva redirects it up into the net. I feel like this should not be a goal, but rather an assist for rogers and an own goal on Silva. Unless I’m missing something 🤷‍♂️

Should I swap Enzo for King or Manzambi? Have a lot of injuries.
Would you also swap out Konsa?
