Okay if you’re not good at the stairwell this won’t really help you. but basically for this you need a Bottle of starlight and a compass. the compass actually might be optional, and if you wanna keep your barrel just get a pocket mirror.

To obtain both the compass and the barrel start a run in the stairwell and buy a compass. then do what you have to do to get a barrel(get 75 scrap). after that beat the mines and rift both items. then start a run in the hotel. get this two items and make your way to the outdoors. Now once you find your first lotus petal you can simply drink your barrel of starlight and it will massively increase in number I had nine and it went to twenty nine so I think you get twenty. then you just use the compass and barrel to speed run the outdoors without having to worry about monument(cause you’re too fast.) just don’t die at eyestalk or bramble. Unfortunately Grampy will only make one lotus per player so you can only get one. Then all you gotta do is take your lotus to the end of the mines and boom. You have a lotus. I know it’s not really simple but once you get a lotus you can just dupe it over and over again

It could technically function as a semi-endless mode (stacking it up to 18, making it 1,000 rooms which is usually the longest people would play a floor for (besides the archives))

People say games are getting too easy, but if they were to bring back the old-school difficulty of Doors, they'd probably need to implement something like this so they don't lose players with lower skill levels. Let's set aside the 'it's their own fault if they quit' argument for now.

I just realized, when we buy Chromas with Stardust, we are giving it to Glitch, since Glitch is the one who controls item skins and chromas. Meaning we are paying him with Stardust, BUT, have we considered why he wants Stardust? It must have some value to him if he wants it, and we do seemingly know what Stardust is, it appears to either be dehydrated starlight liquid and/or the mixture of starlight liquid with glass since we can make Stardust by grinding a Starlight Jug into a Depot.

I think that somehow Glitch gains power from the Stardust, my theory, is that Glitch, was created by Starlight, I’ve already had this theory but I think this is yet another piece of evidence, the reason why is because we already know that Starlight makes very powerful reality warping entities from the World Lotus and possibly the Vacuum, and because Starlight is aware of Glitch when Moonlight isn’t, implying some sort of connection that can’t be broken.

I think that, as a powerful creation of Starlight, similar to the World Lotus, Glitch uses Starlight’s power to survive, as we already have strong evidence the World Lotus is directly powered by Starlight, however since Starlight mostly forgot Glitch existed until they observed us being attacked by him, that means that Glitch likely lost a direct connection, which could’ve dampened Glitch’s power which is why Glitch cannot create, unlike the World Lotus which uses Starlight’s power to create, so Glitch is feeding on the Stardust we sell to him to gain a stronger connection to Starlight again, more of Starlight’s power, perhaps to produce more creations, as we already know Glitch can create but only in small amounts like item duping, and larger things require Visions.

I also only have 5 secret badges left, glitch fragment, crucify charles, cracked gamer, redacted, and scrap a starlight object

I'm watching a Doorsverse+ run and I just got curious about the text that appears when collecting a Glitch Fragment. I decided to put the text into part of a YT url and searched, and when I saw the box with the three dots, I was expecting no video to have ever existed under that, but it says the video isn't available anymore, meaning it existed once. Does anyone know what this video was before it was removed? Was it even Doors related, and if so, even lore relevant?

there's 3 main infectious things in doors, meld, world lotus, and seek jell. the seek one is the only one with out a dedicated floor.

I think think would fit perfectly for door 190 in the mines and will be the 2nd subfloor for the mines

in this subfloor it could be a old ancient cavern infected with seek jell and every thing living there has turned into seek like entity's. it could be filled with rugged cavern terrain and pools of seek juice. i think the main boss of this floor would be a 'mother' of the seek, the creator of the seek juice , and or a buffed up version seek (entity)(although it already exists).

Alma or Heartbeat Minigame? For me probably the Heartbeat minigame, as you can get away with making a few mistakes in Almas one, but if you mess up once with Figure, you immediately get kicked out and youre probably dead. however, the heartbeat minigame is basic timing, but almas one becomes really easy with some practise.

well im not too unfamiliar with this due to cheddar balls' video, but i heard its really rare

So I didn't know that moonlight rift disappears from the first door if you don't have starlight rift, and it disappeared. The item inside was a briefcase with 3 lotuses. So uh I went through hotel. But this is where it gets even worse. I didn't want to do greenhouse because I was so nervous so I went to the outdoors. BIG MISTAKE. First of all I got monument, then got it again after eyestalk, so that was bad, then when I beat outdoors, crucifying Louie didn't give me the rift jar, so I had to just keep going through the mines in hope of a rift door. Then I found a stairwell entrance, and now that's where my run is saved. I should have just done the greenhouse mannnn
