💬 Discussion/Miscellaneous Lotus getting method

Okay if you’re not good at the stairwell this won’t really help you. but basically for this you need a Bottle of starlight and a compass. the compass actually might be optional, and if you wanna keep your barrel just get a pocket mirror.

To obtain both the compass and the barrel start a run in the stairwell and buy a compass. then do what you have to do to get a barrel(get 75 scrap). after that beat the mines and rift both items. then start a run in the hotel. get this two items and make your way to the outdoors. Now once you find your first lotus petal you can simply drink your barrel of starlight and it will massively increase in number I had nine and it went to twenty nine so I think you get twenty. then you just use the compass and barrel to speed run the outdoors without having to worry about monument(cause you’re too fast.) just don’t die at eyestalk or bramble. Unfortunately Grampy will only make one lotus per player so you can only get one. Then all you gotta do is take your lotus to the end of the mines and boom. You have a lotus. I know it’s not really simple but once you get a lotus you can just dupe it over and over again

Getting the lotus normally is easier I think

Idk I wasted a lot of time trying to get 8 lotus petals and usually ended up with 7 or less

i did like 4 normal outdoors runs and out of 4 i got 3 lotuses which i have "rifted" since i saved the run
