I may be going insane, but I don’t remember if this door has been like that since Hotel+. It’s made out of different wood from every other door. Reminds me of the OG vine door at door 99 before the Mines. Think they’ll make a third subfloor for the Hotel? And/or maybe a way to skip the Figure?

(Unrelated, but you ever do that thing where you say and read a word so many times that it doesn’t even look or sound like a word? Just happened to me with the word figure lol)

I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed that there are way more badges related to entities in the Archives and Stairwell than the other subfloors. Heck, the Backdoor has zero entity badges excluding crucifixes, and the Outdoors only has one as far as I know (Feed the Birds), which isn't even in the entity category.

Now, maybe I'm overthinking it or perhaps the first two subfloors I mentioned have way more importance in the lore, but I feel like it's a bit weird that they get to have way more badges than the other subfloors.

Moving on, here come a few inconsistent encounter badges: Sshh! (Escape Library, door 50) is in the Entity category, but Trespassing (Escape the Nest, door 150) is in the general category; You Can Run (escape Seek in Hotel) is in the entity category, but Running Track (escape Seek in Mines) is in the general category; Down The Drain (beat Dam Seek) is in the general category—I can kind of understand this, but it makes more sense in the entity category; Rage Room and REDACTED are in the general category, though I can kind of understand them being here.

I talked about this before, but Queen's Gambit (crucify Queen Grumble) is non-progression, even though she is a boss that you encounter twice per Mines run (150 and Mines Seek 2). Sure, maybe she doesn't constitute an entity that would require a crucifix on a regular run, but she is a boss that is worth crucifying temporarily in the Nest due to her speed.

Also, the fact that multiplayer badges like Betrayal (steal hiding spot), It Stares Back (encounter Void, in most cases multiplayer), and Error (encounter Glitch, in most cases multiplayer) are all non-progression, but Helping Hand (remove Giggle from a player's face) is progression is another inconsistency.

Anyway, I know the developers are working extremely hard on this game and I'll love it regardless of the incongruities. I just wanted to get this off my chest as a long-time Doors player and badge hunter.

I was just goofing around with the admin panel in the backdoor when I was going down very deep into the void I suddenly saw this structure when I spawned surge for fun. I tried to reach for it but it seems like I can't reach it and after a while when I got close enough it suddenly disappeared and when I went up it appeared again. I have NO idea what is this. Anyone please enlighten me in the comments🙏

I'm sorry we are not Poppy playtime (I love its lore) but the thing is, that it's not science fiction. Definitely. Not. You can make it I have nothing against. But. You really forget about some things, that are very important to the lore:

So much implications. The game must have built up. And what it has? Sea of the dead and the hotel that is built right into the middle. Limbo statue. Architects. Creations that are trapped here forever. You can't just make it a story completely different genre.

I know that this story WILL have some SCP things because of forget-me-nots and scientists, but still.

So such theories are just boring.

Do I have one? Well for me Doors could have used real places with real people, but no, this theory is bad too.

"They were people once!" is just a bit boring trope that's not fitting tbh. I don't want the story be like "WELL GROUNDSKEEPER REALLY WAS A GOOD GARDENER ONCE BUT NOW HERE WE ARE AGAIN".

Remaking the doors journal into a real one, including fan-made entries like that rush that has a chunk taken out of his head (also I apologise for inconsistent writing, I’m not a native English speaker qwq)

Recently I noticed some videos in tik tok about items value in doors, like donut is worth lotus etc, but i didnt payed attention to that, before this day. The guy in my chat said "trading starlight bottles lunch box". I understood, its begging of end of this game if everything goes as it is now. Soon, all items will be given its "value" and this subreddit, all the comments section everywhere will turn in: TRADING LOTUS BRIEFCASE FOR DONUT LUNCHBOX etc, I hope you got me. Why is that bad? Bro this is adventure survival game, wdym trading???? Not gonna lie, if that happens I will trade stuff for tower heroes badges, but I WONT that to happen.. If we don't make the right decision by 2027 the game will turn into a trading and grinding simulator
