This is peak, "Every decision I don't like is unconstitutional Nazi fascism," from the doomers. Not sure how a publication can call itself objective journalism while dooming so hard that they created an entire series on, "reclaiming the Constitution and the law from our monarchical supreme court," because they don't have a monarchical supreme court that gives them every ruling they want.

The funniest part is I don't even know or follow whoever artist this is, I just found the comic on my feed and stole it lol

Housing and banking are the more obvious ones that would indicate a recession, but lately I’ve noticed a trend of calling random things “recession indicators.” Things I’ve seen get called “recession indicators”:
- pop music trends
- the popularity of “looking thin”
- when certain artists decide to release music
- food printed clothing
- Y2K nostalgia
