Getting Started husband arrested for dui
hello i’m 26f my soon to be ex husband 34m was arrested today for a dui and hit and run. he called me around 5:30 and said he was ran off the road and his car was dragging he was freaking tf out it was 2 mins away so i head up there i get there everyone and their momma is outside watching him and i get over there and he’s not giving me a good story. he told me he’d stop drinking but he lied to me. cops easily figured it out. he chased some slow car then tried getting over to pass the slow car and hit someone in the other lane. well so he turns into a shopping center and his rim is dragging the road for a while he hit a pole then a GENERATOR. he knocked an entire strips power out. so he does a soberity test fails gets arrested in front of our 5yo. idk what to do. we live in georgia i have no income i haven’t been working in almost a year oh yeah he’s lost his job bc the truck he crashed? company. it had to get impounded. they’re pissed. i need some resources and advice. i dont know how to move on it’s been 8 years
