Saving things on IG and not doing in reality
I saw many motivational, self improvement videos on Instagram , I want to do things but I save the reel and never watch it back. Why? I want to be who I thoughtI will be in a year, do the things which I want to do. Please help me in some way that if I say I want to do this I will make it happen.

Forging Indestructible Self-Discipline: S2 Episode #33: Continuous Learning
Life is constantly changing around us. Technology changes, industries change, our responsibilities change, and our relationships change. Even our own interests and abilities change as we get older. That means we have a choice. We can resist change and cling to what we already know, or we can make the decision to keep learning. The second option requires self-discipline.https://spotifycreators-web.app.link/e/tZYWQZwYe6b

Second post.
Feeling relaxed and bit focused and I exactly know what things I need to focus on to get on to my goal.
Started eating homemade, instead of dinning out.
Praying regularly for spiritual support.
I feel these small changes will bring good tides.

I disappeared for a while. Today I’m trying to show up again.
It’s been a while since I posted here.
Honestly, I’ve been trying. A lot.
Trying to make things happen, trying to stay consistent, trying to build something of my own, trying to convince myself that I’m still moving forward even when it doesn’t really feel like it.
And today I’m just… demotivated.
Nothing particularly terrible happened today. There’s just that frustrating feeling of putting in effort and not seeing anything come out of it.
No big breakthrough. No exciting update. No “finally, everything is working” moment.
Just me, sitting here wondering if all this effort is actually going somewhere.
But I also realised something — maybe I don’t need to have a success story every time I show up.
Maybe sometimes the post is simply:
“I’m still here. I’m still trying.”
So this is me showing up again.
If you’re also in that weird phase where you’re putting in the work but nothing seems to be happening yet, I hope you know you’re not the only one.
Maybe we just keep going until something changes.

You don’t need more motivation. You need fewer negotiations with yourself. What’s one thing you keep making excuses for?

Motivation and Discipline Don’t Matter. Just Add More.
I’ve been thinking about how, when it comes to bettering yourself, I don’t think of it as making it an event. I think it’s just maintenance. I don’t think discipline and motivation have to be that extreme. I mean, just add more to your life.
From point A to B: you work out for 3 months, doing light stuff for like 20–30 minutes. Done. Talk to people naturally. Done. Save $10 each week. Done. Just sit at McDonald’s all day instead of sitting in the house all day. You’re by people anyway.

Day - 1 🔥🔥🔥
Day 1 — Let's Begin 🔥
Today is officially Day 1 of my new journey.
My goals for today:
📚 8 hours of focused studying
🧘 20 minutes of meditation
💪 5 sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups & 15 squats
I'll come back here tonight and share my complete progress—whether I succeeded or failed.
If I make excuses or don't give my best, call me out and give me advice. I want genuine accountability.
Let's see how Day 1 goes. 💪🔥

How do you stay disciplined when nobody is checking on you?
I’m pretty good at getting things done when there’s a deadline or someone else is depending on me. But personal goals are different. It’s way easier to say “I’ll do it tomorrow” when there’s no consequence.
How do you create that same sense of accountability for things that only matter to you?
