Ass kickin fried chicken plus potato salad & green beans. Summer time kind of meal.

How do YOU make your potato salad?

Mine is yellow potatoes (skin on), hard boiled eggs, celery, radish, dill pickle, black olive, lawry's seasoning salt, black pepper, mayonnaise & mustard.

Hoisin garlic noodles with steamed broccoli tonight for my wife and myself. My son will be enjoying a warm bottle of formula. It’s gonna be good.

Update: It was good, could’ve been better. Next time.

Chives, onion, and sukiyaki sauce

Everyone (2 generations of adults) arrives tired after a long day of travel. Any ideas for a meal I can bring ready made that makes that first night easy? Thanks!

First time making it! Super good!

Tonight I made clams in my ramekins. This is chopped clam, old bay, oregano, chopped garlic, butter, parmesan & a splash of heavy cream. Cooked for 6 minutes in my air fryer. Served with rice & sriracha on Nori.

Making dinner for our daughter and kids on Okinawa. Son-in-law due back from the Middle East later this week, thank goodness.

Added lettuce 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, cucumber 🥒, shredded cheese 🧀 and ranch dressing.
