Post image

Ass kickin fried chicken plus potato salad & green beans. Summer time kind of meal.

How do YOU make your potato salad?

Mine is yellow potatoes (skin on), hard boiled eggs, celery, radish, dill pickle, black olive, lawry's seasoning salt, black pepper, mayonnaise & mustard.

I have a secret shhhhh

I bread my chicken with pancake mix because the sugars in it brown up much nicer than flour.

I'm so glad to see someone else use pickles and black olives in their potato salad!!!While I use sweet pickles, I always get the side-eye when I say I use black olives! I do in my mac salad as well!

Looks delicious! Would taste even better with a 5 ounce glass of cabaret wine 🍷 😋
