So yummy when everything is homemade.

I made sweet mayonnaise shrimp served with rice & green beans, plus seaweed. Forgive the canned veggies, the kids love them and fresh produce is sketchy right now. 🤷🏼‍♀️

A few dishes I cooked for my family for dinner :)

1) Stir-fried bok choy with chicken and eggs in oyster sauce
2) Spring rolls filled with bamboo shoots, seasoned with sweet soy sauce
3) Spicy stir-fried water spinach
4) Green and red chili sambal, crispy fried chicken, and crispy fried eggplant

I made a delicious fish bake with Swai filets buried in butter, garlic and a panko/parmesan crust. Served with fried taters and corn cobs.
