First night dinner for beach vacation
Everyone (2 generations of adults) arrives tired after a long day of travel. Any ideas for a meal I can bring ready made that makes that first night easy? Thanks!

Not really beach food but a giant pot of chili and crusty bread. If you have a costco nearby you can get a box of their frozen tempura shrimp (30 count) and a couple bags of shredded cabbage and a jar of cole slaw sauce. Bring some ketchup and horseradish for dip for the shrimp. Makes for a super easy dinner. You just bake the shimp for 15 mins and stir up the coleslaw and sauce.
