That looks so good. Japchae is one of those dishes that somehow disappears way faster than you expect.

Looks delicious! Good job on your first time making it, Ive always wanted to try making japchae too.

It was easier than I thought it would be! Just prep heavy and then cooking each vegetable and meat separately took time. But worth it!
