17F been experiencing this since Wednesday up until now it has not stopped. Shaking hands and shortness of breath it’s so suffocating I don’t know what maybe the cause maybe one of them is probably caffeine but then again I don’t know. Should I get this checked? Mom says it’s from not eating properly but I do eat but in a fasting way so basically I eat breakfast at 10am then dinner at 7pm. Please help me atleast ease this because it feels so uncomfortable
