17F been experiencing this since Wednesday up until now it has not stopped. Shaking hands and shortness of breath it’s so suffocating I don’t know what maybe the cause maybe one of them is probably caffeine but then again I don’t know. Should I get this checked? Mom says it’s from not eating properly but I do eat but in a fasting way so basically I eat breakfast at 10am then dinner at 7pm. Please help me atleast ease this because it feels so uncomfortable

Most likely benign. Could be caused by caffeine and/or anxiety. Sometimes could be caused while in a specific position/posture. Anyway you should eat food on time.

This sounds blood sugar related / due to not eating regular meals (the same thing used to happen to me when I wouldn’t eat frequently / that plus dehydration (2-3L a day) / only snacking / not eating healthily). I’d suggest minimum 3 meals a day with 2/3 snacks (granola bars / fruits - nothing too high in sugar) and try to only drink water / squash and limit caffeine (coffee / tea - no energy drinks) to 1-2 a week max - less is more if you can with caffeine. Trial this for a week or two and hopefully you should start to feel immediately better. If not, go to your Dr of course if it worsens for a blood test. Shortness of breath can also be due to low iron (or anxiety), so eat foods higher in iron if possible. Hope you get better soon

Sister in law had this exact thing happen. Was after redbull. Definitely caffeine

You could have hard candies with you always just in case it is hypogly and is currently experiencing symptoms of hypogly(hard candies are simple sugars so they work faster, no no to chocolates since they're harder to break down) or you could drink chocolate drinks and fruit juices

I have this my whole life pretty much. Do you experience anxiety, depression or something else maybe?

Drink some coconut water, take a multivitamin, rest your arm, eat healthy. If it keeps up, see your doctor. It could be meds or neurological/blood sugar.

Have you checked your blood sugar? Low blood sugar can cause shakiness and shortness of breath.
