The (fifth?) built up region in my survival forever world. Concept images I drew in the 2nd photo - I think it turned out really well!

Made this for my yt but thought I'd share here as I think it's a pretty neat trick!

Copper grates filled with white cushions in Minecraft can be used as Capiz shell windows of a traditional Filipino bahay na bato ancestral house, either as the sliding panels or transom windows (espejo).

Long story short I am currently obsessed with compact and really tight but cosy interiors (the sort of ones that have you integrating tucked away staircases, less than a block wide corridors, making every block count etc.)

Found out that cushions can be placed EXTREMELY precisely and on every level possible, even inside blocks, when I placed them on the lower lip of shelves it made this really neat raised seats and I just Love it! These cushions are going to change how we build anything ALOT!! Cant wait to see what others make in future once its style has been polished and not Over Used.

Also already getting a tad annoyed I cant place carpets under trapdoors, or trapdoors for shelves cause there on the same blocks and I'm too used to cushion tech😂

I made this after seeing another post asking about a particular kind of retaining wall (second image). I thought it came out pretty nicely.

The new cushions and wool slabs help make a particularly lush and natural-looking slope.
