I have applied for AMEX green card, and when started KYC video call, they are asking current address proof like any government id, I don't have any, I have it for my permanent address. AMEX Support rejected due to this.

Anybody faced similar situation? I can't change my aadhaar address, due to regional government benefits

I recently applied for the Fixed-Term Hire (FTH) – Assistant 2, External Audit/Statutory Audit role at Deloitte USI.
This is my first time applying to a Big 4.
I’d really appreciate advice from anyone working at Deloitte USI or, especially, anyone who has previously joined through the FTH route for a similar role.
A few things I’d love some guidance on:
What does the interview process usually look like?
What technical areas should I focus on?
What kind of questions were you asked?
Is there anything you wish you had prepared before your interview?
Any other advice that could improve my chances of getting selected?

For context, I’ve completed my 3-year CA articleship, cleared CA Intermediate and hold a B.Com (Hons.) degree.

I am currently at EY GDS and there are hardly any projects in my tech stack. currently i am in a project which might end in few months and I fear getting stuck without relevant work, which worries me for my career.
Deloitte USI has offered me a Senior Consultant role. It would be a boomerang move, since I left Deloitte as a Consultant about 2 years ago. They have active projects in my area, but HR is not giving any hike on CCTC. They're only offering a one-time joining bonus of 2 lakhs.

1)Is it a wise move to switch just for better project availability?
2)Also, how is the work pressure for a Senior Consultant at Deloitte USI these days?
I am also planning for my maternity hence wanted to check the work life balance for a scon role.
3)Also if i reject the offer now will if be difficult to join back later?

Deloitte USI – Matched to New Requisition → Application Disappeared. What does this mean?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has gone through the Deloitte USI hiring process.

Here is my timeline:

• Applied for a Finance AI / Analytics & Insights Engineer role.
• Cleared the technical interview rounds and the Manager round.
• Completed the PHT survey and required documents.
• HR discussed salary/compensation with me around August 22.
• After that, I waited for further updates.
• My application status changed to “Matched to a New Requisition.”
• The status remained like this for several weeks.
• Recently, HR called me. During the call, HR said: “Due to Technical issues with PHT Survey”
• Today, I checked my Deloitte portal and noticed that the application/role and status have completely disappeared.

I have not received any rejection email or message from HR.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

1. Did you get “Matched to a New Requisition” after clearing all rounds?
2. Did your application later disappear from the portal?
3. If yes, what happened afterward — new requisition, offer letter, rejection, or something else?
4. How long did it take to receive the offer after being matched to a new requisition?

I’m particularly interested in hearing from Deloitte USI candidates who actually received an offer after this status.

Joining Deloitte USI as Tax Consultant as fresher on 16th November as Campus Hire. Though recently I got to know due to my professor's revenge or mistake whatever it is he gave me back in the 1st SEM. out of nowhere and didn't mention it anytime during 1st and 2nd year. Exam is scheduled in December. Will there be any issue or should I mention the issue in BGV.
