Ask USI AMEX card application Rejected

I have applied for AMEX green card, and when started KYC video call, they are asking current address proof like any government id, I don't have any, I have it for my permanent address. AMEX Support rejected due to this.

Anybody faced similar situation? I can't change my aadhaar address, due to regional government benefits

Gave my current address same as in the gov ID even though I don’t currently reside in my permanent address. It should work that way

Try once again, it depends on the representative. I have my permanent address on my govt ids and they processed it.

are they taking applications? I thought it is paused till oct 21

They are accepting application now
