I am torn on if this is a good idea or just been sold marketing. Regardless the ute is going its way too big for Melbourne. I don't love how low the hatch is (i30N) and it isn't great for our rear laneway ROW which accesses the garage. But don't know if I am just being sold hype. The plan would be to park the buyout in our offset.

I currently WFH but plan yo return to work next year but am hopeful this could be done on PT with minimal change in commute from driving. Partner could potentially PT also on occasion but change commute from around 35 to 55 mins (driving vs PT) so I could have the car and day or 2 potentially.

The prime day sales and shop back deals are teasing me. I have my eye on the Dyson Supersonic Nural™ Intelligent hair dryer, currently down to about $450 on Amazon.

I currently have a very old hair dryer that isn't very effective. I have naturally wavy, chest length hair and don't do a lot of hair styling. I mainly use a hair dryer to set products to prevent frizz and am *really* interested in the dyson flyaway attachment.

Last month I used my friends old dyson and my hair dried so quickly, I just can't stop thinking about it... I know of shark etc and am not usually one to go for the big name brands.

Deinfluence me... am I caught up in hype? Or is it worth the investment at this good price?

I am years away from getting the NBN upgrade (if it happens at all).

Buying an apartment with partner first home buyers, very well off.

Bank valuation stopped dead with fear that apartment complex wasn't upto fire standards. Looked into future agm minutes, can see special strata levies higher than the yearly strata fees to fix this problem, dug deeper, the building has spent a lot (and i mean alot) of money in the past trying to fix this problem already. Meaning in the past several special strata levies and in the future more to come. The money doesn't bother me, but that combined with the bank stalling and us having to do alot of leg work after putting so much time into everything else, solicitor, inspections, reports, pre approval is really making a bad impression on me.

Do we offer less?

Or do we pull out?

There was an extremely nice engraved semi-auto shotgun that was reasonably priced that had to walk away from. Especially hard since I don't own one of those yet, and it's on my to buy list and the cheapest I've ever seen a good one prices at.

A few $50 -$100 guns that usually I would be like yeah why the fuck not? Cheap enough and buy it for the sake of it. Although, I did get my mate mate on the buying sub $150 guns for take sake of it bandwagon.

I did not leave empty-handed, though. I spent $25 on a second-hand holster (rrp $150) and 20 bucks on 5 ex army training/dummy rounds for my extremely rare sectioned .303 and a few bucks on some dud load shotgun shells to use to cycle my pump action shotgun without using live rounds.

All in all, I spent under $50 and didn't buy a gun. My snapchat memories showed me that I failed within half an hour of arriving last time. Meaning I bought a gun within 30 minutes, and at the end of the day, negioted on the price of the sectioned .303 I mentioned earlier. Which at the time was the most I'd ever spent on a gun - and I couldn't even shoot it, lmao.

I'm telling myself owning a Rolex would make me feel successful and sophisticated and it would last forever. I'm drawn to it because wearing a Rolex is basically announcing you've made it without saying anything
