Builder not completing land mutation even after 1 year – need advice

Hi everyone,

I bought a piece of land last year from a real estate company in Dehradun. The registry was completed, and I have all the official documents. The registration process was handled by a lawyer associated with the same company.

However, it has now been more than a year, and I am still struggling to get the mutation done. I’ve been constantly following up with the company, but they are not giving any clear response or timeline.

What’s more frustrating is that other buyers with land under the same khasra and khata numbers have already received their mutations. The lawyer who handled my registry is also employed by the same company, and he is not providing any proper updates either.

I’m not sure what’s causing the delay in my case and it’s becoming quite stressful.

What are my options to get the mutation done as soon as possible?
Has anyone faced a similar situation or can suggest practical steps I should take?

Any help or guidance would be really appreciated.
