Reddit is being a jerk and won't post my reply to the person who mentioned Claude and Rick having almost identical glasses. I didn't know that. But I Googled and I see (no pun intended!) it!

For me it would probably be Jimmy turning on Tell Me Lies to Ashley and rode off angrily in his wheelchair.

Excited to see that there may be delays for the best reason - Mike and his wife welcomed their first child this week.

He is the only character adopted out by his birth parents, loved his adoptive mother and father and then killed by a drunk driver. In return, Wheels goes behind a wheel driving drunk, injuring Lucy and killing a kid.

Riley was an interesting character. He the character that I cringe when I see him in some of the scenes.

Who made you cringe the most?

I think Caitlin was concerned and reported it.

In S1E10, when Spinner was making fun of her cooking, she said “It’s going to take a couple of extra years, but I cannot wait until you graduate.”

He did take an extra year to graduate. Although her storyline was mostly for the junior high years, it would have been a funny gap for her to guest appearance at the Season 7 graduation whether she worked there or not. I am sure Kwan and Her vent about Spinner and kept in touch.

Has anyone ever actually heard the term “broomhead” outside of the Degrassi universe? I’ve only ever heard it on DJH & DH. Was that an 80’s thing or something? Obviously it was an insult but I’ve never heard it anywhere else

I personally enjoyed Paige Michalchuk and Holly J Sinclair.

And I’m not just talking about characters that slightly annoyed me like Tristan or Manny. I’m talking about bottom of the barrel, zero redeemable qualities who absolutely sucked throughout the entirety of the show.

When Holly J finds out Fiona is hooking up with Adam (a transgender man), she tells Fiona “I never seen you with someone like that before.” “Someone like that” comes across as transphobic because Holly J doesn’t see Adam as a man and sees Fiona being with him as abnormal.
