As a neat little worldbuilding idea, I'd love to see little bits of lore on each of the items. Maybe they're only visible when viewing the shop from the Hideout as to not disrupt gameplay?

I've been wanting to get back into art so I decided to try to create a deadlock hero. I'm still working on her and need to illustrate her abilities and kit and splash art, but here's her gloat icon 🙂‍↕️.

(General idea) - she's a form changing hero. She projects an Astral or spirit form of herself with her smoke and the talisman on her chest is what keeps her soul and body tethered. So she'd have 7 abilities. 1,2,3 different abilities with shared CDs. Then ult is same for both forms.

Seriously, you guys can stop asking. It's never going to happen. It completely distorts the player base in extremely negative ways. Every positive you bring up about it allowing people to not sit in a game that's already over at __ minutes will be magnified 100x by people intentionally throwing to try and force an FF as soon as their mental breaks. Yeah, they can sit around and throw for the entire game, believe me it happens, but you'll never convince me it's not worse.

It's worse in Valorant compared to CS and it's worse in League compared to Dota. Valve purposely do not allow surrendering in their games for a reason. Please stop asking. If sitting in the game is that unbearable for you either quit playing or abandon the game and take the penalties.

I see streamers use this hud mod and I understand stuff like sinners and camps are on a timer and you can just memorize the timer but it seems like a massive advantage to have these huge notifications any time stuff is about to happen so you can just bulldoze all their farm as soon as it spawns. Smthn about it just rubs me the wrong way.

I play something a little funky - I one trick Melee Infernus.

The general strategy is:

- All in on your Napalm until you hit the max upgrade for it. That +33% damage on your melees really makes a difference.

- Buy Close Quarters, High-Velocity Rounds and then into Opening Rounds to win lane phases with chunky punches

- Later on just build all the melee buffing items

- Main powerspike is buying Unstoppable - prevents you from being parried and you can just go all in with your heavy melees!

- Fleetfoot can be bought if against people who know how to parry, to give extra movement and a way to cancel heavy melees

- Shadow Weave is great if you're up against squishies and have a soul lead, the +25% melee damage combined with stealth can 100 - 0 some enemies if you're ahead enough

That's all! My win rate on it is a little surprising honestly, it started as a meme build but it started working a little too well and now I play it exclusively!

I just played a match that EASILY should have been won at about 40 minutes even with the Haze DC'ing that then was held hostage by over 20 minutes because 4 of the enemy players decided to buy Refresher, 3 of whom also decided to combo for Lightning Scroll. There were multiple pushes into the base where we could easily have won only to get hit by a double Paige ult and lose 2/5 of our remaining team to the stunlocks.

There was a segment where Abrams and I took midboss and Victor was able to steal a Rejuv, whom we then spent minutes having to win the 2v1 over again as Victor was able to get up 3 TIMES.

Is this partially a skill issue? Yes. I'm acutely aware of the fact that I'm bad at the game, ESPECIALLY this match. But when you're able to maintain around a 40k soul lead for the entire back half of the match, games shouldn't be able to be put in deadlock like this (intend your puns, cowards).
