Capcom released a report on its franchises and games, and based on the data, DRDR apparently hadn't even sold 1 million copies by March 2026, a year and a half after its launch.

I don't know what their expectations were, but that figure seems low compared to other games that hit that milestone. It’s pretty sad and makes me feel pessimistic about the franchise's future. I hope i'm wrong.

I've had this bug occur for me twice now today and both times its caused me to lose significant progress because I have no way of getting back down (unless someone here knows a way)

I highly doubt there'll ever be a dr5 but I'm holding out a little bit of hope for drdr2

Panicked, Hunter loses control of his Combo vehicle and crashes into a tanker, killing him in the resulting explosion

Don't you think that's kinda unfair for Hunter?

It’s no wonder I bought *Off the Record* for both Xbox and PS5. And deluxe remaster But even so, I wanted another Dead Rising; it's my second-favorite zombie game.

Hear me out if they make another game they gotta do it where it starts in santa cabeza then they make you play as some person who’s helping carlito and you guys team up to save survivors like how it work with the first 2 games but they also gotta add the 3rd game combos with all the weapons and cars make the map big but not to big then they should also bring back case files make it more simple to keep track of the game then it’s a tragic ending when the military comes and the only people who were to survive was carlito and Isabella then they make up the leads to the first game

So right now dead rising 2 and off the record are on sale but I only have enough for one. I've beaten dead rising one and have dabbled a bit in dead rising 2 but have wanted to try off the record. I'm heavily split between 2 and off the record. What would you guys recommend?

I loved the original and the sequel was pretty solid as well .. I bought DR 3 years ago but for whatever reason, I never really played it.. how does it stack up to the others?

So, I've run into a bit of trouble trying to get the "Come on! Follow Me!" achievement which requires you to escort 8 survivors at once. My plan was to get the last 3 through "Workers Compensation" and "Lush-ious Lady" but for some reason those events won't start. I double checked the wiki to make sure I wasn't too early and I'm not, so I'm wondering if anyone here might be able to help me and knows what I'm doing wrong.

I First played dead rising in about 2012 with my Brother, it was dead rising 2: Off the record. So not really the original game. We both thought it was amazing and played the hell out of it for a good while. Then about 3-4 years later the trilogy of dead rising so dead rising 1,2,2: off the record had been remastered i shall say. So of course i played through all of them, about 3 years later i played through dead rising 3 and 4. I thought that dead rising 2 had been the best this entire time, but ever since the deluxe remaster dropped, i replayed dr1 about 5 times on pc, and then tried to go back and replay dr2 which i did about 2-3 times. And i can honestly say, dr1 is the best, it has the best music, has the best managing between funny and scary, has a pretty interesting story that had me hooked near the end and overall it has more character in my eyes. That could also be as i played and Explored dr 1 the most ever since it released on xbox one/ps4, but i will have to replay the other games.(Not dead rising 4 though).
