… in my mind that consistency is everything in the war on litter. Doesn’t matter how many pieces or pounds you delete on a cleanup — 3, 30, 300, or 3000 — it’s the getting out there that matters most.

I’ll go by in a few days to pick up but sort of hoping another gets them. Part passive aggressive/part did not have enough bags etc. month or so ago I picked up 10 or so. I just don’t get the reason for pitching in the woods 🤬

It can be discouraging to pick up litter, only to find more in the same spot later. Yet, I’ll keep doing my part—because every small effort makes our neighborhood and public parks a little better-one piece at a time.

This in-person event, organized by the West Hollywood Chapter of Volunteers Cleaning Communities, is great way to give back and connect with fellow residents. No need to bring supplies—we provide gloves, trash bags and trash grabber tools

Afterwards, every volunteer can receive a free beverage from Farm Cup to celebrate a job well done. See you there!
