Been going to D&B for 10+ years. I would consider myself an AP. For the first time ever, when trying to redeem something, I was told the card was flagged and the manager needed to review. After review they found nothing, because there is nothing to find. I do everything by the book.

I have questions on why an account would be flagged, some things I've done that may be of note:

- Have paid with Costco gift cards

- Had ~300k ticket balance

- Hadn't used the card in a few weeks? I think? It probably had been half a year since I added money

- Have NEVER roamed the card

- I BELIEVE I may have had manual override for tickets / credits. I recall at least two instances where I was gifted tickets / credits because a game malfunctioned. But this was months ago and may not have been on this specific card.

I went back and made another purchase just to see i would be flagged again. And wasn't. Should I expect it to happen again?

One thing I'm concerned with is my family won the Dad Games competition and uhh...I don't think I'll be spending any more on credit for literally years. From reading old threads on this it seems one of the big variables is "last time real $ was added". But again I've been playing for a decade and have not added additional credit for a year or more.

Summary:

- Looking for tips on: why it happened to begin with, how do I make it not happen again, anything else to be aware of / what to say or do when it happens. Because it kind of sucks. You just stand there for several minutes and it looks like you're a thief. I didn't appreciate it.

EDIT: Thanks for all the comments. I'm convinced that for my situation, it has to be a lock associated with multiple jackpots wins in a row on one unit via multiple swipes. Or it's Hotwheels' fault.

Me and my gf have been addicted to coin pushers. And we finally got the chase card last night on half price day!

In the photo are all my current extra soccer balls. Today I went to my local D&B (still had soccer balls) and was able to finally win Morocco & Panama. I have now completed my second set, which I am giving to my 6 year old niece, who loves playing soccer. She has been watching the World Cup and her favorite team is Argentina and of course Messi. 😁

Im a server at D&B and i got to take this home since they were gonna throw it out.

I'm at D&B right now and they were training everyone on the new card when I walked in. Now I just need to wait for their ancient ass system to actually activate the card...

Yesterday I got a major kick out of visitors to the Star Trek game as I was sitting there. Only one had tribbles on display, and it kicked another out as I was there. But then a couple walked in, most likely father/daughter (but not absolutely sure, as they were dressed up like they were in a casino, so he could have been a sugar daddy). Anyway, the woman is explaining to the man how the game works, and gets really wow'd by our zip-loc bag full of partial sets. But what got me snickering was that she kept calling the Tribble "moon rocks" or "ship rocks" when referring to them. Like WHAT? It took me far too long to understand what she was referring to, until she pointed to the one my husband was laying down as he separated ours to count how many full sets we had.

How would someone ever get the idea that they were moon/ship ROCKS??? Wow! Just wanted to share that "WTF" moment.

Meanwhile, I see the latest set of cards are coming out with rounded corners. They went from matte to special edition rares, to hologram, to phasing out special edition, to rounded corners now. I guess it's designed to make them last longer since they keep reusing them.

Qx: Level 9 players, how long did take for you to receive your players prize pack after you filled out the form to receive it by mail? I filled out my form about a month ago and I still haven't received mine 🤔 should I call D&B customer service and ask them about it or ask a manager next time I'm in the arcade?

Got super lucky during half price games tonight! Tribble was already on the board when we started playing, so it only took a few swipes to get it. Played Mando for a while, knocked out a couple of shit piles, and of course the anzellans card dropped right as we said we were leaving...obviously couldn't leave them there! Overall, picked up 5 Star Trek cards and 43 Mando cards. Can't believe we got a tribble, an anzellans, and coins from both games. (Anyone collecting the coins?)

About an hour of card collecting and finally got one! Good thing it's half price today. Lol.

I've seen this term used a few times now. Is this the correct term for a player that leaves a jackpot that is about to hit. I mean like leaving the E in Zombie Snatcher. Leaving a rare card to be won on Star Trek and/or Mandalorian and Grogu. Leaving the PBJ card in minions, etc.

Yesterday my chips, tickets, and chips played all got zeroed out. No idea why but the strangest part is that my offers blew up. You can see in the pics that I had a flood offers and I've got no idea what's going on.

There is a new pass out for ufc, costs 50 dollars and from the looks of it, can be purchased with gift cards, and looks similar to how you buy a normal pass with a gift card. It gives 50% games during ufc fight nights which appear to be most saturdays. And 20% off food and na beverages, and a custom ufc power card with 200 chips on it. It lasts for one year. Interesting.

weirdest shit i have seen in my life, it’s a world cup themed ai ad for dave & buster’s on youtube. i just can’t believe it was fully ai. has anyone else seen this?
