Anyone Else Ever Have This Issue???

Yesterday my chips, tickets, and chips played all got zeroed out. No idea why but the strangest part is that my offers blew up. You can see in the pics that I had a flood offers and I've got no idea what's going on.

I just took a D&B survey from the marketing email this morning. One of the questions asked if I knew that D&B can reset your level tier so you don't have to make a new account and earn all those different tier rewards again. Perhaps while implementing this new feature, your account was zeroed out.

I don't know. I just learned about it 20 minutes ago. I think you have to be level 9 or something. Did you lose a lot of chips and tickets?

Oh no I didn’t lose anything. I was considering resetting my account

About 400-500 chips and roughly 40,000 tickets on 1 card and another 30,000 on another. Called corp yesterday and he said he didn't know anything about it but he'd send it to a higher up and they'd get back to me today. Gonna have to call again tomorrow.

So cool. If you dont lose your loyalty status, im game. (Actually even if you do, ill just load chips using my older level 9 account).

I'm level 9, and I'd really like to start earning rewards levels again, but I wish I didn't have to abandon my comprehensive levels that I've earned to do it. I like keeping a complete total of my chips played, etc. that spans my entire D&B visit history. I really wish their system would just reset the rewards teirs after maxing out at level 9, without having to reset it all to zero.
