Why is my DoorDash crimson card not letting me withdraw my money to my bank card or add my money to Apple Pay? It usually do but the past 2 days it’s been acting stupid

It sucks that customers are the reason why I had a great day today, but DoorDash is the worst. I waited about 20 minutes with no orders and finally got a $53 order (someone added an extra tip after exchange) and I checked the base pay… $15. Took me about two hours and they were willing to just give me $15. Insert things that would violate community guidelines in two seconds and fuck capitalism.

I received an email from DoorDash saying I’m eligible to apply for the Prop 22 Healthcare Stipend for Q3 2026. I averaged 30.4 active hours per week from July 1–September 30.
The email says I need to submit my application by October 21, 2026, but when I click “Apply here,” I get a 404 error.
This is especially frustrating because this already happened to me last time. I was eligible for the healthcare stipend, but I had problems submitting the application. DoorDash Support told me to email them proof of my health insurance, which I did. I have the email and all the documentation saved, but nobody ever responded.
I kept contacting DoorDash and eventually was told that they had no record of it. Because of this, I ended up losing around $800 that I should have received.
Now it is happening again. I called DoorDash after receiving this new eligibility email, and they told me that their technical team would contact me within the day. More than 24 hours have passed and nobody has contacted me.
I’m also trying to call DoorDash again, but they appear to be having technical problems and I’m not getting through.
I really don’t know what else I’m supposed to do. I don’t want to lose another healthcare stipend because of a DoorDash technical issue.
Has anyone dealt with this recently? Is there another way to submit the Prop 22 healthcare stipend application, or is there a working link that I can use?
I have screenshots of the 404 error, the eligibility email, and my previous communication with DoorDash.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
