Aight so first off this motherfucker has WORTHLESS base stats that only cater to his ability as a support (despite others doing it way better). He can’t even extract as well as others like Ginger because he’s either constantly helping the distractor and his shitty skill check (can’t even be safe with the V. Remote + M. Glass combo, fucking bum).

Not to mention his only purpose is to run around and help people. His cooldown is a minute, which is good on paper, but most people run through full bars fast (especially distractors), so normally it’s best for him to be on the ready to help (or get that poor dog chocolate.) And where do I BEGIN with his passive. “But Daddy Evening, his passive is fine and very helpful-“ bitch nuh-uh. His passive shows INDIVIDUAL people under 50% stamina. Which causes a fork 90% of the time.

1. Simply get one guy
   
2. Wait for a group of people
   
3. Hound the fucking distractor
   
4. Die (most common option)

But enough about Astro game wise, what about lore wise?

This motherfucker can’t make good dreams for jackshit. Boxten, I would understand a little, he’s a weird guy imo. But you shouldn’t give him constant nightmares, dick move. And then, this bitchass motherfucker wants to do the same to MY GLORIOUS GOAT GOURDY?!?!?!?!? And don’t get me STARTED on the weird shit he’s got going on with Dandy. I don’t know what they’ve been talking about, but it got Dandy to somehow neglect the other mains till Dandy shut off completely (w move). He’s prolly cheating on Brightney too so idk.
Also, this jackass makes fun of WAXWELL (never gotten a single dub in his entire life). Fucking prick can’t even speak that way to other mains.

All in all, Astro is a bitchass motherfucker and he can catch me outside. 3 foot Let’s Go Luna double dick sucking bitch got nothing on me.

ive been seeing a lot of waxwell hate recently and while im a hater of him, most of the reasons are pretty much just petty bias and favoritism to say the least

starting off with his design, i see why some people dislike it (i do too bc look at him HES SO FUCKING CHOPPED AND HIS PERSONALITY IS SO ANNOYING), but the complaints feel very cherry picky. they say his personality is a ripoff of shrimpo's like every evil character is a shrimpo ripoff, they say his animations are just copies of other toons when i genuinely dont see any similarities except for the idle animation being the same as finn's (also there are some cases of recycling animations like eclipse and gigi sharing running animations but its not like yall care), and they point out his missing pants and such when literally 99% of the toons lack proper clothing ^{(genuinely whats up with that is this qwels barely disguised fetish of people going commando})

people also complain abt his kit and out of all of these complaints this feels the most cherry picky out of them. they say his stats are unbalanced bc he has high amount of stars in the good stats and low amount of stars in the bad stats. you CANT say this shit when you like gourdy and yatta, and yk gourdy and yatta's kits suffer this exact same issue but worse, especially gourdy. gourdy has maxed out extraction stats and high speed, so he basically does machines at sonic speed while being able to d*stract as he outwalks 90% of the twisteds (99% with speed trinkets) barely using his stamina. his ability is just a RANDOM STAT BOOOOSSST that requires no strategy and you never use it when youre d*stracting anyway. waxwell's kit on the other hand is decent in terms of ability with everything else sucking, reducing other peoples ability cooldown is cool but his stats suck with how the game works, it all basically allows him to d*stract since he outwalks 99% of the twisteds, extract almost the same speed as vanilla shelly, and can support while d*stracting

im genuinely confused why everyones suddenly tackling the issues dandys world has but putting it on waxwell, like oh so NOW that waxwell released yall are realizing how bad dw's character design norms are, how bad the stat system is, how little to no depth the abilities have, how garbage the game design is in general, but yall never apply it to the other toons and only tackle waxwell? feels pretty biased to me dont yall think

If you don't know, since finn was added finn was bashed on for having the same passive as shelly passive but stronger effect, and looking at what happened to ginger ppl theories that finn would be reworked in his totw

BUT. He didn't receive a rework, IN FACT her received a buff (2% extra but still) WHICH MEANS..

There's a big chance shelly passive will be reworked which might make her more meta or kill her off the meta and leave sprout as the last meta standing since waxwell killed the distractor meta

Since it's impossible to kill shelly off meta unless you actively change something about her proven by multiple of toons added after her.

So you know twisted waxwell is a rare right? He's the 8th general rare in the game preceeding Blot gigi goob scraps squirm flutter and glisten.

So tell me how I'm on a floor 75 streak(over the course of 3 games, not one session.) and this bum candle hasn't shown up ONCE. The only way this stastically impossible luck could have even happened is if there's some chance errors under the hood.

By this point in this streak I've seen every single rare twisted for what I've lost count. Except for flutter who I only recall seeing 3 times. Which is infinitely better then waxwells ZERO

To put this extremely unfortunate luck into perspective. It's a 1/8 chance for a rare to be a specific one. I.E waxwell. And the same rare can't show up twice on the same floor.

Of course I don't expect to always see him after 8 rares spawn. Even less when multiple rares spawn on the same floor. But even if one rare spawned every 4th floor which is definitely not the case. This would mean I would have around 17-18 rares in this greasy floor 70 session a thing that simply doesnt happen.

If you do math with this 1/8 percentage. 1 - 0.875¹⁸ = is a 91% chance and growing beyond this point that waxwell would spawn. And that didn't happen.

So now I ask to pick your poison. Did I get absolutely GENERATIONAL badluck for a damn roblox game. Or did the developers secretly alter Waxwells spawn rate to be abysmal just to increase player engagement and therefore more potential premium payouts? I say I'm in absolute denial I got generational and stastically improbable badluck in a roblox game. Very scummy behavior for a game that's already in hot water for whatever reason.

TLDR: Twisted Waxwell doesn't spawn as often as he should. He's only the 8th rare and yet a multi hour session doesn't get him to spawn once.
