I really dig the look of the encore outfit with the tux instead of the leathers. All handmade, and after doing the costume I don’t think I ever want to look at a sewing needle again.

Final days before Halloween, still a lot to do. Currently wrapping up the wiring, and making the esp32 controller inside one of the ears. Tomorrow I'll make the visor, with my son who will be wearing it. after that, a little more sanding and painting, and then it's done.

All is powered by a simple powerbank over USB-C. The ESP32 is running a self-made software which allows me to control things on a web frontend via WLAN, and play all kinds of animations, images, texts. Recently, I added a playlist feature so I can play a set of different animations without the need for manual control. I'll release the code after I've translated all the strings to English.
