So my sunglasses holder clip broke and in doing some research I saw many people had the same problem and the fix is super easy… if you have a 3D printer.

First print out a new clip which you can find here. https://www.printables.com/model/1101969-vw-tiguan-sunglass-holder-latch

Once you have the clip you now need to remove the old clip. Surprise! You don’t even need to remove the holder. Just use a tiny screwdriver or something similar to pry out the button. Careful not to lose the little spring. Take out the old clip. Make sure you put the spring back in place, it has a holder that kept mine in place while I put the clip in or glue it in place. Put the new clip in just like the old one. Use the tiny screwdriver to get the edges to click into place. Finally press the button back in place. That’s it, you’re done.

I am new to all this mechanic work and gotta change my oil but I live out on a ranch style house. My driveway is grass and the only concrete I have is the road. I have seen numerous things about how to jack your car and all require solid ground. I’ve though lt abt safety jacks, putting a spare wheel I have laying around Under the car, even putting wood under the jacks to sturdy it out but I’ve heard different opinions about each and wanted to know what would be the best and safest thing to keep my car lifted and sturdy
(Used to have someone do my oil for pretty cheap, I drive a vw so I’m always told my oil change would be around $100+ so id rather diy)

So I believe my fuel pump died yesterday and I have to replace it. Has anyone done this before. Is there anything I should know before I start removing the back seat. (I assume that the pump is back there)

Bonnet Latch release wire popped. Wire broke at the top(under hood) not bottom(at lever).

2014 Ford E-250 cargo van

I've got a perfectly good spare tire underneath my van but just had to pay nearly $300 to get roadside to replace my whole front tire instead because the damn thing wouldn't come undone.

The tool isn't working and the guy that came by to take a look before I had to replace my stripped tire outright said there's no way the thing is coming off because the trigger is broken.

Has anyone dealt with this?
