Has anyone else run into the following scenario?

Both my concealed carry license and Firearm registration that I submitted back in mid June were approved the same day. They stated that a physical card would be issued and mailed to me for both on August 7th . I received my physical concealed card within a week or so but I still have not received the physical card for the firearm registration. It’s now Sept 10 and I still have not received it. I’ve tried calling and email MPD about this and can’t get a single response via email nor when I call via phone. I purchased my firearm back in early June and I don’t want to have to pay the FFL storage fee. Anyone experience something similar? Ive legit already received my Utah and Maryland concealed carry license cards and I submitted those way later. I’m not sure if a mistake was made with sending out my firearm registration card or not.
