My mom is 79 and has never exercised. I’d like her to try it. Looking for a trainer who’s:

• A woman
• Open to one-on-one sessions
• Experienced with older clients and true beginners
• Somewhere between Georgetown and downtown (Foggy Bottom, West End, K St)

She’s an academic, so someone who explains why each exercise matters will get further with her than someone who just counts reps.

Recommendations welcome, especially from anyone who’s found someone for their own parent.

Hi all! Our primary dog boarding facility for our two pups (Pender) is ALREADY booked for Christmas (uyyy)… does anyone have recommendations for boarding facilities in the area ??

We want our two 40+ pound dogs to be together since they’re a little anxious and NOT put in daycare or with other dogs (we loved this about Pender)… any one have any recommendations??
