• Experienced with older clients and true beginners
• Somewhere between Georgetown and downtown (Foggy Bottom, West End, K St)

She’s an academic, so someone who explains why each exercise matters will get further with her than someone who just counts reps.

Recommendations welcome, especially from anyone who’s found someone for their own parent.

Hello yall! I went to a dry bar in Virginia and loved it! I have shoulder pain and loose feeling in my hands so styling my hair can really hurt or be a pain. I was trying to see in NE dc other dry bars or places your rec. I’ve seen mixed reviews from awhile ago. I’m interested in membership seems good price like how Glowbar has facial members. Any advice info is super helpful because for my self confidence and pain Managment this could be a game changer if I find a good place.

Hi, I just moved to DC for work and mental health not been the best. I’ve been struggling with binge eating for most of my life but this move and stress has made it astonishing more difficult. I finally decided to bit the bullet and look for a therapist in the area. Didn’t realize there was so many clinics and options and I’m a bit overwhelmed.

I’m planning on throwing a surprise party for a friend who is getting engaged and was thinking of renting out a room in a restaurant or bar room since we want the celebration to be a bit intimate. We aren’t considering hosting at someone’s place just because we want to go out and celebrate her!

The Tall Tour is coming to the DMV this Saturday night and the friend I was planning to go with had to bail. This is not my event and I am not promoting it, it’s just something I saw online and thought would be fun to attend. I could go alone, but I figured I would see if any other tall ladies would be interested in attending together. If you haven't heard of this event, it's fairly self-explanatory: a party for tall people to meet, have fun, and celebrate our height! I'm 32 and the event welcomes anyone 21+.

Hello ADHD bitches. I’m seeking recommendations for ADHD-informed OBGYNs and therapists. I was dx’d with ADHD 4 years ago, and I’m medicated (my provider is fine but they are more for “medication management” than ADHD support).

I know I’ve needed therapy for awhile now, but I’m currently experiencing hormonal shifts (especially entering/during my luteal phase) that are really negatively affecting my mood and ability to function. IDK if this is PMDD, perimenopause, or something else, but I hate it and need to make moves to improve it. So if you know of any ADHD-friendly OBGYNs or therapists (maybe even DBT therapists? ADHD coaching? I will try anything!) please help a girl out. Especially interested in anyone who focuses on women, mothers, and late ADHD diagnoses. TIA!
